Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh project: Installing and completing 90% of hot and cold saunas of phase 1

22/04/2022

Taking advantage of the priceless gift from nature - that is the source of mineral water bestowed on Quang Hanh, the investor Sun Group has created the first 5-star hot spring resort in Vietnam. In the enthusiastic project called Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, HVC Group undertakes the supply and installation of complete hot and cold saunas for 170 villas with a total value of nearly 60 billion VND.

90% complete phase 1

HVC Group started construction of the hot and cold saunas of the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh project (Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh) from August 2021. This is a difficult time for construction because of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Although there are no new cases in the area, Quang Ninh still tightens the epidemic prevention and control activities, temporarily suspending entertainment, cultural, sports, tourism activities, and mass gatherings. People from outside provinces returning to Quang Ninh must have results of Covid-19 test by PCR method and pay a fee for concentrated medical isolation. Therefore, in addition to focusing on labor safety and disease prevention, HVC Group still has to ensure the construction progress committed to the investor.

Difficulties are like that, but after only 1 month, HVC Group has quickly completed the hot sauna system of the VIP villa. By the end of 2021, 42 villas at the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh project have been installed by HVC Group with hot sauna and cold snow sauna technology.

At the present time, the process of construction and installation of hot and cold sauna technology for 105 villas of phase 1 has been completed to 90%. As expected, on June 20, 2022, the handover of phase 1 and 65 apartments of phase 2 will be completed by HVC Group on September 20, 2022.

Mr. Dinh Van Thang (Project Manager) said, 170 villas of the project are divided into 3 types by the investor: single, duplex, quadrangle. While the duplex has only a hot sauna system, the single and quadruple apartments are equipped with both hot and cold sauna systems.

“HVC Group is one of the pioneers in bringing cold snow treatment technology to Vietnam, which is also considered an important highlight of the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh project. During the implementation of the cold-snow fumigation item, the HVC team of engineers and workers did not face any difficulties or obstacles because they often have access to new technologies and have a lot of experience in construction and installation of entertainment equipment. Senior position in many projects” – Mr. Thang said.

Features of cold snow fumigation technology

Snow sauna, also known as cold sauna (lgloo) is a model of the final sauna in the sauna system to help body temperature return to normal after going through the salt rock sauna, Hoang Tho sauna. , mineral mud sauna room, gem sauna room.

In Vietnam, the technology of cold snow sauna is still quite new

Cold snow sauna brings many benefits for health care, beauty and treatment support. The temperature in the snow sauna ranges from 0 - 5 degrees Celsius, has the effect of tightening pores, stimulating antioxidant capacity to smooth the skin, increase elasticity and the skin becomes firmer. In addition, the cold air also helps the fat-burning process become more active, strengthens the connective tissues in the abdomen, circulates blood, improves the cardiovascular system, reduces stress, relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and supports physical recovery.

Also according to Mr. Dinh Van Thang, the snow sauna is equipped with a cooling system, emitting negative ions, creating a good oxygen-rich environment for the respiratory system. The cooling system is installed on the wall of the steam room, combined with clay or volcanic rock to create an accent.

Construction of the room part of a cold snow sauna is more difficult than that of a regular wooden sauna because the bonding of insulation and decorative materials is quite complicated. Insulation is done inside the wall and decorative materials must be used with good moisture resistance. The copper evaporator will be mounted around 3 walls to exchange and diffuse cold heat throughout the room.

It can be seen that the cold snow sauna is a fairly common type in the Jjim Jil Bang system of Korea, but it is quite new in Vietnam and not all units can grasp the design and construction techniques of this type of sauna. this steam. But, HVC Group is proud to be one of the rare units that can fully meet the rigorous standards of new technology with a series of cold and snow saunas completed at Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh.

Like a peaceful Japanese village at the foot of a green valley, Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh impresses visitors with its villas imbued with the spirit of Wabi Sabi through maximizing green spaces, open spaces with shallow rocky streams. , romantic wooden bridge, Koi pond, elaborately manicured bonsai garden...

The expensive point of this project lies in the complex of 170 villas leading directly to the precious hot mineral source from Quang Hanh nature to the bedroom, with a full system of pools/rooms, ensuring that you can take an onsen bath at any time. Follow the correct process from bathing, hot mineral bath to hot sauna and ending with cold sauna. This is considered a symbol of luxury, because directing the source of health into the home and owning a private onsen at home is a "privilege" of the emperor and aristocrats and elites of Japan.
