General contractor for the infrastructure of the Eurowindow Light City project in Thanh Hoa

HVC Group has been officially selected as the general contractor for the electrical and mechanical infrastructure at the Eurowindow Light City project in Thanh Hoa City. This project boasts a prime location along the northern bank of the Ma River and is anticipated by the investor to evolve into a smart, modern urban area, contributing to the economic growth of Thanh's territory.

The new urban area located in Hoằng Quang and Hoằng Long communes (now part of Long Anh Ward, Thanh Hóa City) is commercially named Eurowindow Light City, developed by Eurowindow Light City Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. (a member of Eurowindow Holding).

The project encompasses a total area of nearly 176 hectares, strategically located with convenient connectivity at the gateway to the central area of Thanh Hoa City. Eurowindow Light City is conceived based on the concept of a city of light, featuring six large subdivisions and a diverse array of products, including commercial townhouses, luxury villas, and mixed-use high-rise apartments.

Embodying a mission to explore and promote economic development in the northern bank of the Ma River specifically, and in Thanh land more broadly, the investor has concentrated on creating a valuable array of amenities within the project, including a shopping center, a regulating lake, a park, and a Boulevard of Light.

At this key project, HVC Group – recognized as one of the Top 10 reputable mechanical and electrical contractors in 2025 – has been officially selected as the general contractor for the technical infrastructure. Specifically, HVC will implement the construction of the low-voltage power supply system, lighting, lightning protection, water supply to the apartments, and fire protection water supply.
