Progress of Van Canh An Lac urban area project: Basically completing the package, ready to take over and put into use

Mechanical and electrical general contractor of Van Canh urban area project An Lac Green Shymphony is one of HVC's key projects in 2020. Up to now, the project has been basically completed and step by step acceptance and handover to the owner to put into use.

An Lac Green Shymphony Van Canh Urban Project has a total area of 67ha located in Van Canh Commune (Hoai Duc - Hanoi) owned by An Lac Investment Joint Stock Company, this project is located right on the lifeline road of the City. An Lac Green Symphony has the form of a classy urban area with a system of high-rise apartment buildings, villas, townhouses, schools, ... Especially, residents of An Lac Green Symphony will have a perfect life experience with: lake, swimming pool, flower garden, walking path, shophouse, restaurant, cafe, commercial center, full entertainment services.

Construction commenced in early January 2020, although there were some times of suspension due to the social isolation order due to the COVID-19 epidemic, HVC Group still completed on schedule the assigned work under the contract. Up to the present time, the progress of items is as follows:

Electricity, water system, axis 6, 7A: All work items have been installed completely, some work has been checked and accepted by the investor, including: electrical cables, air conditioning systems, water supply infrastructure, ...  

The infrastructure system including electrical infrastructure system, information infrastructure system, water supply infrastructure system, drainage infrastructure system has all been completed by HVC Group, some items have been accepted.

At main gate No. 01: 60% of the work volume has been completed and accepted, including: Construction of electricity, water supply and drainage systems; Air conditioner, fountain, water wall .....

At the main gate No. 2, the investor highly appreciated the quality and progress of HVC Group, accepted most of the items of water supply and drainage, irrigation system; fountain. A small portion of the lighting and air-conditioning equipment has been completed and ready for acceptance.

At BOULEVARD axis: Lighting electrical part has been completed and installed. Some of the works that have been accepted include rainwater supply and drainage, electricity fountains, water supply and drainage fountains Zone 3, Zone 4.

HVC Group has been completing the rest of the details of the main contract, the arising parts in the additional contract annexes and ready manpower and material for new packages at The project is about to be signed with the investor.
