Team Building 2024 – HVC Group immersed in the nature and sky of the Northwest.

On 25 – 26 of May/2024, HVC Group had a meaningful, happy and "igniting" time with the Summer 2024 Team Building program taking place at the 5-star Apec Mandala Sky Villa - Hoa Binh Resort - one of the key projects that HVC Group had constructed the M&E category.

On the morning of May 25th, HVC Group officially started the Team Building program to welcome summer 2024 with the theme "One Team One Dream" at the 5-star Apec Mandala Sky Villa - Hoa Binh Resort (Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province).

As a “tradition” for many years, HVC's journey started with a light rain at the beginning. However, as soon as we arrived in Hoa Binh, the rain stopped completely. And instead, it was mildly sunny and very suitable for HVC Group's series of outdoor activities.

After about 15 minutes of rest, the HVC family quickly joined the Team Building program with a series of extremely attractive games. HVC's spirit of unity, enthusiasm, intelligence and flexibility was clearly shown through many games: Marking Beginnings, Treasure Hunting, Victory Confidence. As noon approached, it’s getting hoter & hotter in Hoa Binh, but the members of HVC were still passionate, "burning up" with a smile always on their lips. After 2 hours of campaigning, the Yellow team prevailed, following by the Red, Blue and Green teams.

Continuing the series of meaningful journeys, at 19:00 p.m. on the same day, the Gala Dinner program "Unity for breakthrough - Grasping the success" took place extremely spectacularly. At the party, Chairman of the Board of Directors – Mr Tran Huu Dong, on behalf of the Board, sent thanks and gratitudes to all HVC employees who have always accompanied and made efforts to contribute to the overall development of the company.

Chairman Mr Tran Huu Dong emphasized: "HVC's greatest asset is its people. Even the economy scene is still difficult, the company always cares for employees' lives. This time, HVC came to Hoa Binh - the Northwest region because this place possesses fresh air and beautiful natural scenery. Besides, Hoa Binh is also considered as HVC's second hometown. If Hanoi is where HVC was "born", then Hoa Binh is where HVC was assigned to be the investor to carry out the project "Garden villa area, afforestation, combined with eco-tourism". Hopefully in the near future, when our real estate project is completed and entered operation, HVC will have more interesting and impressive journeys in this special land.

The atmosphere of HVC's Gala Dinner 2024 program became more lively and attractive with thoroughly and professionally prepared musical performances from company employees such as: "Meeting in the apricot forest" dance, singing parody music “HVC always goes far”, the rock song “Find Again” and the dance “Wonderful Summer”… During the gala, many more interesting and fun musical performances and mini games were added.

Beside the main activities, at Apec Mandala Sky Villa Resort - one of the projects which HVC became the M&E general contractor, the employees can also experience hot mineral baths, cycle by waving rice fields and enjoy exotic cuisine of Hoa Binh.

Team Building 2024 had ended but the values, experiences and above all the unity of HVC Group still linger & remain. This is not only a practical opportunity to bring people closer, but also a clear demonstration that "Employees are HVC's greatest asset". We believe that with the renewed energy during the recent trip, each member of the company will have more motivations to create and contribute, carrying HVC further and further.
