Many activities to improve the management apparatus organized by HVC Group in the early days of the new year

Always consider the completion of the organizational structure of the management apparatus, which plays a particularly important role in the development process of the Company, even in the first working days of the Ky Hoi new year, HVC Group has organized many activities action to consolidate the management apparatus. One of them can include intensive training on building and managing KPIs for division-level leaders and new staff appointments.

                   The training program "Management and evaluation of KPI performance" was held by expert Nguyen Duc Tu (Vietnam Vietez) which took place on February 2 and 15. This is an intensive training course for all department leaders to be ready for the application of official KPI assessment throughout the company in 2019. Previously, KPI activities were also started to apply from 2018 to manage the time and work item of all employees. KPI (Key Performance Indicator) means an assessment of the performance of each title position based on a job description or monthly work plan. Based on KPI indicators, managers will evaluate the effectiveness of that title and also based on the KPI completion indicators the company will have penalties for each individual. The application of KPI is consistent with the development of HVC Group in the context of the company is on the rise in both width and depth today.
