HVC Group won the tender for the Office project in Ngoc Hoi, Hanoi

Mới đây, HVC Group đã nhận được thông báo trúng thầu thi công hệ thống cơ điện dự án Văn phòng làm việc tại Ngọc Hồi (Hà Nội) của Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Vận tải.

The Office Project invested by Transport Investment and Development JSC is located on an area of ​​about 10,500 square meters at 54 Lane 83 Ngoc Hoi Street (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi).

In this project, HVC Group will be the construction unit of the MEP electromechanical system with the following items: electricity, extra-low voltage, water supply & drainage and air conditioning (excluding fire protection) in Zone A and Zone B.

In particular, Zone A has 2 floors, the construction area is ​​​​about 2,700 m2 with typical functional rooms such as: office area, hall, library, canteen... and private garage.

Zone B is 2-floors high, and nearly 2,600m2 with main functional rooms such as: office, meeting room, co-working room, pantry room, storage room... and garage. Currently, HVC is executing specific works at the project to ensure the signed progress.
