HVC Group officially became the General Investor of 29-hectare real estate project in Hoa Binh

The project of garden villas, afforestation, and eco-tourism in Mong Hoa commune (Hoa Binh city) with the scale of 28.74 hectares and the total investment of nearly 800 billion VND has officially found its investor. Accordingly, HVC Group is the primary investor of the project (representative of the joint venture).

Recently, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province issued Decision No. 15 QD/UBND on the investor approval for the Joint Venture of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company and Ho Guom Group Joint Stock Company to execute the project of garden villa area, afforestation combined with eco-tourism in Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh province.

Previously, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province issued decision No. 3039 QD/UBND on approving the ratio of 1/500 and Decision 14 QD/UBND dated March 20, 2023 on approving the project investment policy.

The garden villa area, afforestation, and eco-tourism combination is built on a land area of ​​28.74 hectares, with a population of about 1,396 people. The project has a total estimated investment of 791.8 billion VND, Execution progress is in the period from 2023 to 2026. The project has a long-term period using the land with 263 villas and an expiration date of 50 years for the trading and services purpose, right after the investor is assigned the land.

The goal of this project is to improve land-use efficiency, building a high-class ecological urban resort area, creating jobs for workers, and creating housing funds for Hoa Binh city, also to help promoting socio-economic development, increasing state budget revenue...

To execute the project, the investor association has established a project enterprise between HVC Investment Company Limited and Ho Guom Hoa Binh (in which HVC Group is holding 70% of the shares). Currently, the land clearance is over 90%, which is an advantageous basis to initiate the project.

Garden villa area, afforestation, combined with eco-tourism in Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh city has a prime location, this is the only project located around the shore of Lake Du - considered as a precious gem of the "epic land". The project is located close to National Highway 6, which is 60km from the National Congress Center and about 20 km from Hoa Binh city center. With this location, residents and tourists can conveniently move to nearby areas and famous tourism destinations of Hoa Binh lake, Kim Boi mineral spring, Phoenix golf course, Hilltop Valley golf course...
