After providing as general contractor for the construction of the electrical, lighting, and telecommunications infrastructure of a 65ha subdivision (on a total area of 85ha) at Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne, HVC Group was retained by the investor for the remaining 20ha of the project.

Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne is the first international standard 6* sea-connected hill resort villa project in this city and is regarded as one of the most expensive highlights of Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan tourism. This is also the project that recently won the Best Beachfront Resort Villa Architecture Design Vietnam 2021 award.

HVC continues to receive the remaining 20ha of the project after a period of cooperation and evaluation of capacity as well as the quality of construction and services. As a result, HVC Group is currently the general contractor for the Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne project's electrical infrastructure.
