NovaWorld Phan Thiet Water Park

As previously reported, HVC Group has completed the construction of pipelines from water return points, overflow collection, bottom collection, tanks emptying to filter rooms. Item of construction of pipelines from pump rooms to slide towers has also been completed. Currently, the installation process of water filter rooms reaches 95%.

The BCH quickly came up with drastic and timely response plans, so the situation was controlled without loss of life and property. However, the amount of mud and soil carried along with water into the warehouse and the project is very large. As soon as the rain stopped and the water receded, we cleaned up and it took about a week for everything to stabilize.”

This is the second heaviest rain this month. Before that, during the holiday of April 30 - May 1, heavy rain lasted for more than 3 hours, flooding the entire construction site, engine room, warehouse, and employees' houses, affecting the exam process. work and daily life.

HVC works at King Garden Resort & Villas

At the project, which is compared to an ideal four-season resort, HVC Group is the general contractor for the design, supply and installation of hundreds of swimming pools of a system of high-class villas.

News from the construction site, Koi fish tank No. 2 of Dong Do - Phu Gia area is 100% complete. The Onsen system and hot spring swimming pool of this villa area are still in the process of constructing pipes around the pool, preparing to install engine room equipment.

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh

In this project, HVC Group undertakes the supply and installation of complete hot and cold saunas for 170 villas. In particular, the technology of freezing snow is considered the "soul" of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh.

It is known that the process of construction and installation of hot and cold sauna technology for 105 villas in phase 1 has been completed up to 98%. Still according to the old plan, on June 20, 202 HVC will hand over 105 villas of phase 1. Phase 2 includes 65 villas and is expected to be completed on September 20, 2022.

Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne

At the Apec Mandala Wyndham project (Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan), HVC designs, supplies, installs and constructs mud baths, spas and 64 swimming pools, villas, jacuzzi systems, 4 swimming pools. Rooftop infinity pool, 1 auxiliary building swimming pool.

Currently, the items signed in the contract have been constructed by HVC 82% and are in the process of completing the installation of swimming pool engine rooms. Despite the barriers of the weather due to heavy rain, the Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne construction site still increased the implementation of the remaining items. It is expected that on June 30, it will be completed and put into trial operation.

It is known that in May, HVC accelerated the completion of 4 main bidding packages including: Construction of fake waterfall technology of 18Ha central park; M&E M&E Ring Road 3.5; Supply and installation of saltwater generation technology for wave pools and saltwater rivers in 18Ha central park; Lighting system for 5B highway intersection with belt 3.5 and DH17 intersection for ring road 3.5 with Hai Phong highway.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong (Director of HVC M&E) added, the construction package of the 2nd and 3rd phase of infrastructure M&E system of 2,400 low-rise apartments is waiting for the investor to hand over the premises for deployment. It is expected that in mid-June, HVC will embark on this category.

Tender packages for high-end entertainment technology are still on track and on schedule. The technology construction category for 2 outdoor swimming pools according to Olympic standards has reached 50%, currently installing pipes around the pool. The bidding package for the supply and installation of technology for salt water filtration systems, salt supply and salt production for indoor swimming pools in Dai An Cultural Center Park is in the pipeline installation stage.

Particularly, the mini water park game technology package including 1 children's swimming pool and 4-game slide is still in the process of waiting for the site to be constructed.
