Apec Mandala Sky Villas is a complex project of entertainment, tourism and resort located in Mo Da hamlet, Ha Bi commune (Kim Boi, Hoa Binh). Here, HVC Group is the unit of design, supply and construction of electromechanical systems, light electricity, water supply and drainage and fire protection.

The construction site said that at present, the electricity system, air conditioning system, fire protection system, water supply and drainage system have deployed 90% of the apartments and corridors. HVC Group is waiting for the construction contractor to hand over the ceiling, paint, and tiling… and wait for the investor to provide equipment for installation.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet Water Park

NovaWorld Phan Thiet water park project (Binh Thuan), HVC Group was assigned by Novaland investor to design water filtration and water treatment items, supply and construct all this technology.

Currently, HVC Group has completed the construction of pipelines from the points of water return, overflow collection, bottom collection, tanks to 2 filter rooms. Item of construction of pipelines from the locking ladder points under the ladder towers to the pumping rooms has also been completed. Currently, the installation process of water purification rooms reaches 90%.

It is expected that by the end of June 2022, HVC Group will complete 100% of the construction items signed with the investor.

King Garden Resort & Villas Phu Tho

HVC Group is the general contractor for the design, supply and installation of hundreds of swimming pools of the luxury villa system at Vuon King Resort & Villas. This project is considered an ideal rendezvous for a four-season resort in the North based on its favorable location on the rare and precious natural hot mineral source La Phu - Thanh Thuy (Phu Tho).

Accordingly, HVC has rushed to complete and test the technology and hot mineral water supply system for 22 swimming pools in Dong Do - Phu Gia area. On April 30, the investor Thang Long Invest will put it into operation.
