Founded in 2010, until now, HVC Investment and Technology JSC., has became a pioneer in the high technology entertainment and M&E contractor. The core reason for which is the human resources.

Good and passionate staff

CEO Tran Huu Dong found HVC in 2010 with 2 other partners, getting in a brand new field – designing, setting up contractor for high technology equipment.

“at first, we only thought of setting up small capacity equipment such as swimming pool, Spa… however it will be very hard to develop that way. So we expand our activities, gather more staff”, CEO Tran Huu Dong share.

At the moment, HVC staff has already exceed 150 persons, making HVC the first company of Vietnam in the designing, supplying of high technology entertainment equipment such as ice skating rink. Water park, aquarium, high thrill game. The speed of development is always at the point of 50%.

During 2010 - 2015, economy became hard, many corporations closed down, but HVC still keep the target and develop continuously. For a success like that to be achieved, HVC is having a good and passionate team, having the same target, sharing the responsibility, not just working as hired staff.

In order to have the satisfaction for the job, the staff have been provided a good working environment with friendly culture, support the staff to work comfortably, creatively and showing all the potential of oneshelf. HVC always organizes joyful and memorable team activity. The annual team building “together we can” with lots of competition and HVC got talent show. The members had had many fun just as the motto of HVC “work hard, play hard”.

Creating developing opportunity

Being a company in constructing and setting up, HVC always put safety first by supply good equipment and clothes for construction’s safety (uniform, helmet,…), there are always a specialize staff at the construction remind and keep attention show the worker will obbey the safety rule. Further more, the managing board also visit the site directly to encourage the staff.

HVC usually send staff to short term training course for ability improvement, especially for manager and deputy manager position. HVC focus on management training, CEO CFO. Besides, HVC also send staff overseea to update new technology of partner and supplier to improve the level.

Most important, HVC manager always listen to the wish and demand of employee, ready to share the trouble not only in work but also in daily life.

In the time of Technology 4.0, science – technology improve day by day, but for HVC, human is always the key factor for the improvement of a corporation. Maybe, because of that HVC always received the passion back from the employee to build a stronger company and gaining the trust of clients.
