Vinhomes Vu Yen: Construction pace; HVC swiftly finalized the water park at VinWonders Royal Park

Inspired by the essence of “Aloha”—a representation of Hawaiian connection and the joy of life—the water park at VinWonders Royal Park (located in Vinhomes Vu Yen) is anticipated to offer a vibrant tropical paradise, a venue where exhilarating and dynamic water experiences unite. As the general contractor responsible for the water park's technology, HVC has efficiently completed the necessary components and is collaborating with the investor to ensure its operational readiness for the opening event scheduled for July 1, 2025.

Situated within the Vinhomes Vu Yen Urban Area in Hai Phong City, VinWonders Royal Park stands as the inaugural “all-in-one” amusement park in Northern Vietnam, poised to emerge as a premier destination that offers limitless opportunities for exploration to all visitors. The park is inspired by the theme park model found on Sentosa Island in Singapore and features a comprehensive design that encompasses four primary subdivisions: Safari Zoo, Festival Square, Aloha Island—a water park boasting eight modern game clusters—and Warrior Land, which is home to an array of exhilarating attractions.

The 2.9-hectare outdoor water park is designed to integrate seamlessly with expansive rivers. Known as Aloha Island, the park draws inspiration from the Hawaiian spirit of “Aloha,” symbolizing connection and the joy of life. Aloha Island features a total of 8 captivating game clusters, each offering a range of challenges that provide refreshing and exhilarating experiences for both children and adults.

To create a high-quality water park that adheres to stringent standards, HVC Group has been entrusted by the investor to serve as the general contractor for water filtration and supply technology. Specifically, HVC will oversee the construction of all eight game clusters, which include children's pools, lazy rivers, wave pools, and adventure slides such as the Rainbow slide, Tropical Lightning, Torano, Tsunami slide, and Kamikaze slide.

Immediately upon receiving the letter of award, HVC Group arrived at Vu Yen Island and commenced operations. Remarkably, within just three months of implementation, HVC successfully "crossed the finish line," adhering to the timeline established by the investor.

Discussing the operational process, a representative from HVC's Executive Board at the Vinhomes Vu Yen project stated that the VinWonders Royal Park water park is regarded as one of HVC's projects with unprecedented construction speed, as the team is required to "race" daily to ensure timely delivery.

To satisfy the stringent demands of the investor, HVC has been diligently working around the clock, irrespective of adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, the contract package for which HVC is accountable involves the construction of water supply and filtration technology—a category that is intricately linked to the progress and construction framework of other contractors. This necessitates ongoing coordination and adjustments by HVC to ensure that the overall timeline remains uninterrupted.

The development of a technological system for a large-scale water park necessitates not only expertise but also a comprehensive understanding of safety standards, contemporary water treatment methods, and the capacity to incorporate advanced technological equipment.

With extensive experience collaborating with Vingroup, particularly in enhancing brand reputation through a series of projects within the VinWonders "entertainment universe" nationwide, HVC has proactively proposed optimal solutions, implemented a rigorous construction process, and maintained stringent quality control. As a result, the water park project on Vu Yen Island was not only completed on schedule but also ensured that the water quality remained in optimal condition, guaranteeing safety for visitors and effective operation for the investor," stated a representative of the HVC Executive Board.

According to the plan, tomorrow (July 1, 2025), VinWonders Royal Park will officially open its doors, prepared to welcome millions of visitors for exploration, enjoyment, and entertainment. Currently, HVC Group is diligently collaborating with the project management team to execute system operations, calibration, and technical handover protocols.

During the grand opening event and the initial phase of operations at the water park, HVC's technical team will be present on-site, prepared to provide immediate assistance for any issues that may arise, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

The official inauguration of VinWonders Royal Park at Vinhomes Vu Yen not only establishes an "entertainment universe" in Hai Phong but also significantly enhances the development of the local tourism, service, and economy sectors. With the positive impressions left by HVC, the water park specifically, and VinWonders Royal Park more broadly, are poised to become compelling destinations, promising to draw millions of domestic and international visitors while delivering world-class entertainment experiences.

At Vinhomes Vu Yen, alongside the completed water park general contractor package, HVC is now engaged in the water treatment, inspection, and operational phase for the crystal glass roof swimming pool located in the Royal subdivision. This four-season swimming pool spans nearly 1,000m2 and features various utility clusters, including a Jacuzzi hot water system, a relaxation area, and a children's play area. HVC Group anticipates handing over this swimming pool to the investor for use in early July.
