Vinhomes Vu Yen: HVC serves as the general contractor for water park technology within the VinWonders Royal Park entertainment complex

At Vinhomes Vu Yen, alongside the actively implemented swimming pool package, HVC Group has been entrusted by the investor to serve as the general contractor for water park technology within the VinWonders Royal Park entertainment universe. Consequently, HVC will develop water filtration and supply systems for all eight game clusters, including the children's pool, lazy river, wave pool, and adventure slides.

Vinhomes Vu Yen, commonly referred to as Vinhomes Royal Island, is a unique development situated on Vu Yen Island, nestled within the vibrant city center of Hai Phong, specifically in the Hai An District and Thuy Nguyen City.

Spanning an impressive 887 hectares, Vinhomes Vu Yen is regarded as an architectural marvel, featuring a plethora of distinctive high-end amenities that offer a refined and luxurious living experience. A highlight of the project is the entertainment complex VinWonders Royal Park, which draws inspiration from the theme park model found on Sentosa Island in Singapore. VinWonders Royal Park comprises four primary subdivisions and a multi-experience layout, providing an infinite journey of exploration for all visitors.

The outdoor water park area is specifically designed to harmonize with the expansive rivers, covering approximately 2 hectares and featuring 8 captivating game clusters. Here, residents and visitors can enjoy the refreshing waters, unwind on the lazy river, and partake in engaging water activities tailored for both children and adults.

To create a high-quality water park that adheres to stringent standards, the investor has selected HVC as the general contractor for water filtration and supply technology. HVC will oversee the construction of all eight game clusters, which include children's pools, lazy rivers, wave pools, and adventure slides such as the Kamikaze slide, Space Hole, Multi Slide, and Tsunami slide.

Immediately upon receiving the letter of award, HVC Group promptly arrived at Vu Yen Island and commenced operations. Currently, HVC is awaiting the installation of the machine room walls and the water supply and drainage pipes for the pool surface at several game locations.

In recent years, alongside solidifying its reputation in large-scale water park projects, HVC has also served as the general contractor for water parks within the renowned VinWonders entertainment complex of Vingroup Corporation, including VinWonders Phu Quoc, VinWonders Nha Trang, VinWonders Nam Hoi An, VinWonders Ocean Park 3, VinWonders Cua Hoi, and VinWonders Grand Park. In 2024 alone, HVC successfully completed and delivered two water parks at VinWonders Cua Hoi and VinWonders Grand Park, transforming these locations into remarkable destinations that attract thousands of visitors for leisure and entertainment.

With the new contract awarded by the investor, HVC Group is currently executing two simultaneous technology contracts at Vinhomes Vu Yen: the swimming pool and the water park.
