Returning to Nghe An, HVC is the general mechanical and electrical contractor for 2 apartment buildings at Eurowindow Sport Garden

In Nghe An - the land of "spiritual land and talented people", HVC has left many good impressions through a series of large-scale projects such as: Muong Thanh Dien Lam Water Park, VinWonders Cua Hoi Water Park. In 2025, HVC is proud to return to Nghe An with a completely new role - as the general contractor for high-rise electromechanical works of the Eurowindow Sport Garden project of the investor EuroWindow Holding.

According to the signed contract, HVC Group was entrusted by the investor EuroWindow Holding to be the general electromechanical contractor for two 15-20 storey apartment buildings at Eurowindow Sport Garden. Specifically, HVC will implement the construction of electrical systems (lighting, switches, sockets, etc.); low voltage systems (network, camera, audio systems); water supply and drainage and air conditioning.

Eurowindow Sport Garden has a scale of 37.85 hectares, located in Dong Vinh ward and Cua Nam ward, Vinh city (now Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province). The project has a strategic commercial location, located at the intersection of Tran Nguyen Han street and Vinh Quang avenue, just over 1 km from Vinh market and GO! Vinh supermarket.

With a total investment of more than 4,000 billion VND, Eurowindow Sport Garden is expected to become a new urban symbol in Nghe An, meeting the housing needs of the elite class and the profitability of investors. This is also the first project in Nghe An to thoroughly apply the development philosophy of "Work - Live - Play - Sport", bringing a community that balances work, living, entertainment and health training.

According to the plan, the project develops a variety of product lines such as: townhouses, villas, apartments, shophouses, shophouses and 2-frontage shophouses combined with covered walking streets. Notable among them are 2 15-20-storey apartment buildings integrated with commercial service bases, located symmetrically at the golden intersection of 2 avenues. The investor said that Eurowindow Sport Garden apartments are a strategic product line, including 456 apartments designed mainly with 2 bedrooms with an area of ​​57-64m2 exclusively for real residents, especially young families, office workers and experts working in the inner city.

Because it is a strategic product line, Eurowindow Holding is very careful in choosing partners for high-rise mechanical and electrical construction. With many years of achievements in the Top Most Prestigious Mechanical and Electrical Contractors in Vietnam, HVC Group was quickly trusted by the investor to carry out this important contract.

In fact, in recent years, in the field of high-rise electromechanical engineering, HVC has affirmed its name through many large-scale projects such as: Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes Grand Park... Especially recently, HVC is also known as the general electromechanical contractor for 5 9-storey apartment buildings at the Happy Home Trang Cat social housing project (Hai Phong City). This further demonstrates the trust and appreciation of major investors for HVC's construction capacity. At the same time, it demonstrates the stature, prestige and position of the company on the development journey.

Regarding the relationship with EuroWindow Holding, in mid-June 2025, HVC continued to "join hands" with this investor to implement the general mechanical and electrical infrastructure package at the EuroWindow Light City project (Thanh Hoa). Currently, the project in Thanh Hoa is being installed by HVC with underground pipes and lighting on the North Song Ma Avenue. It is expected that after the internal routes are cleared, HVC will construct the first phase of the technical infrastructure system.

In the coming time, in the sunny and windy Central region of Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, HVC will simultaneously carry out 2 electromechanical packages at 2 key projects of EuroWindow Holding.
