This is one of the general mechanical and electrical contracts with the most buildings that HVC Group has undertaken.

Happy Home Trang Cat Social Housing Project of Vingroup Corporation has an area of ​​28.14 hectares, total investment of more than 5,384 billion VND, located in Hai An ward (Hai Phong city). With a scale of 27 apartment buildings 7-9 floors high, providing the market with 3,800 apartments, Happy Home Trang Cat is considered the largest social housing project in Hai Phong, contributing to realizing the dream of settling down for low- and middle-income people.
