Construction progress of HVC Group's key projects as of the end of the first quarter of 2025

With the aim of robust growth, since the onset of 2025, HVC Group's bidding, business, production, and construction activities have been notably dynamic and active. In addition to newly signed bid packages, HVC Group is currently engaged in the active execution of key bid packages related to electromechanical and high-end entertainment technology across numerous large-scale projects nationwide.

HVC Group serves as the contractor for the mechanical and electrical systems of the MEP office in this project, encompassing the following components: electricity, low voltage electricity, water supply and drainage, and air conditioning (excluding fire protection) in Zones A and B.
As of now, Zone A is approximately 70% complete, with certain areas still pending land handover to facilitate further implementation.

At Zone B, HVC has accomplished approximately 50% of the work. The mechanical air conditioning system is finished and awaiting the space to operate the machinery; the water supply and drainage system is still pending the restroom area for equipment installation; the electrical and low voltage systems are also awaiting the interior space for the installation of lights, switches, desk sockets, and network cabinets.

In the coastal resort project, HVC serves as the primary technology contractor for the comprehensive system of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, landscape pools, and fountains. Following several months of construction, HVC has successfully completed approximately 90% of the work.

The representative of the project management board stated that in phase 1, HVC has successfully completed the installation of the machine room and equipment within the tank, and is currently in the process of filling it with water and conducting a test run. It is anticipated that this phase will be finalized and handed over to the investor for use prior to April 30. Subsequently, HVC will proceed with the implementation of phase 2.

At Ha Nam Water Park, HVC Group serves as the contractor for the package involving the supply and installation of the mechanical and electrical systems for Game C2, C8, and C9 technology - Mechanical component. HVC has now completed 100% of the construction and is in the process of transferring the project to the investor.

HVC was designated by Everland Van Don as the general contractor for the design and construction of the comprehensive swimming pool system for the project. This includes an outdoor infinity pool, a four-season swimming pool, and a series of rooftop swimming pools at the penthouses.

As reported, in this project, HVC executed the technology package for the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This includes a crystal glass-roofed swimming pool measuring nearly 1,000m2 in the Royal subdivision and a landscaped swimming pool of approximately 600m2 in the Noble subdivision.
News from the construction site indicates that the crystal glass roof swimming pool in the Royal subdivision has been completed, with pipes installed around the pool, and is now awaiting the installation of the machine room. In the Noble subdivision, HVC has finalized the construction of the landscape swimming pool and is currently treating the water in preparation for handover to the investor for operational use.

Phase 2 of the water music at The Global City was swiftly finalized by HVC Group prior to the Lunar New Year 2025 and subsequently delivered to the investor for utilization.

The Manor Lao Cai
In the luxury apartment complex and 5-star hotel project, The Manor Lao Cai, HVC executed the electromechanical components for the commercial center, encompassing key elements such as the power supply system, water supply and drainage, and the air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Currently, in addition to allocating all resources to the project, HVC is continuing to develop drawings and submit them for approval prior to commencing construction.

Recently, HVC has commissioned the hot mineral water supply system for 81 shophouses and completed model house No. 2 in the Kim Lien Hoang Gia area, which features a swimming pool system, hot mineral jacuzzi, cold jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, and a Koi fish pond, all adhering to 5-star standards.

In the Imperial Lotus area, HVC delivered nine villas featuring swimming pools and a mineral water system, complete with full amenities.
Recently, the investor has continued to engage HVC for the construction of the hot mineral jacuzzi system, soda pool, silk bath, cold bath, dry sauna, wet sauna, and medicinal herb facilities within the project's subdivisions. Consequently, in addition to undertaking new tasks, HVC is also diligently working on the remaining villas in the Kim Lien Hoang Gia area and phase 2 of the Imperial Lotus area.

Vinhomes Ocean Park 3
HVC is currently undertaking the construction of two landscape swimming pools and one waterfall feature in front of Vinmec Hospital. At present, HVC has installed pipes along the exterior of the pool walls and is awaiting site clearance to proceed with the project.

Vinhomes Ocean Park
According to the executed contract, at Vinhomes Ocean Park, HVC serves as the construction entity for the four-season swimming pool technology at Vinschool Inter-level School. The swimming pool encompasses a total area of 312m2 and is designed in the style of a competitive pool featuring five swimming lanes. Currently, HVC is in the process of installing piping around the pool and is awaiting the commencement of construction for the machine room.

Additionally, HVC undertook the design, construction, and provision of technological equipment for the sauna and jacuzzi systems located in the utility area on the 20th floor of building R16. These components have been finalized and are pending acceptance by the investor.

Vinhomes Smart City
Through this project, HVC is executing the construction of a landscaped swimming pool within the F5CH03 internal area. This facility encompasses over 300m2, featuring an adult pool, a children's pool, and a Jacuzzi that offers hot water around the clock. By the conclusion of the first quarter of 2025, HVC will have completed this project, which will then be pending acceptance and operational readiness.

Additionally, in the utility area on the second floor of the V7 building, HVC executed the design and construction of the sauna and jacuzzi technology system. The contract encompasses two Jacuzzis and two sauna areas, featuring both wet and dry saunas for men and women.
