Construction progress of HVC Group's projects by the end of the third quarter of 2025

Entering the third quarter, HVC Group continues to accelerate construction, determined to implement projects aiming at the goal of completion and handover to investors. In parallel with the handover of the School - Office electromechanical project in Ngoc Hoi and many swimming pools of Vingroup, HVC is also rushing to prepare to "finish" many key bidding packages.

CNCTech Glory

HVC is the general contractor for the construction of industrial factories and technical infrastructure for factories 12, I19-2, I19-3, I19-4 of the project. Recently, HVC has focused its resources on construction at factory I19-4 (also known as factory 17). Up to now, this factory has been basically completed, and the fire protection items on floors 1, 2, and 3 have also been installed by HVC.

The project management board said that the factory is being painted and cleaned for acceptance. It is expected that around October 15, HVC will hand over the I19-4 factory to the investor CNCTech.

ATR manufacturing plant

At the ATR Factory (in Nam Sach Industrial Park, Hai Phong City), HVC is constructing the air conditioning and pneumatic items (mechanical part). News from the construction site reported that in mid-September 2025, HVC completed the construction and handed over the second floor of the factory to the investor. Currently, workers have started working and producing.

In addition, HVC is completing the construction of the first floor of the factory; the second and third floors of the expert housing and auxiliary areas. According to the plan, by the end of October, HVC will complete the construction of the air conditioning and compressed air system, hand over and put into use.

UTI High-Tech Factory

HVC Group is the general contractor for the UTI High-Tech Factory project (Thang Long 2 Industrial Park Center, Phu Tho). In the third quarter, HVC started the construction of factory No. 10, focusing on the construction of the structure and the installation of the fire protection system. Up to now, HVC is installing the fire protection system on the first floor of the factory. In the fourth quarter, HVC will start the construction of factory No. 14 of the project.

The Manor Lao Cai

HVC is the electromechanical contractor for the commercial center at The Manor Lao Cai. Up to now, the package has been completed by 80%, specifically the electrical and ventilation system of the first floor has been completed, HVC is currently working on the second and third floors.

HVC Management Board said that with the current construction progress, the package is expected to be completed, accepted and put into use in October.

Sun Urban City Ha Nam

In addition to the general contract package for the construction of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in subdivision 2 of the Urban Area of ​​the Era and Innovation, HVC was also assigned by the investor an additional package of lighting for the 150 and 68m routes.

After a period of implementation, the lighting package for the 150 and 68m routes with a total length of about 4km is being accepted and handed over for operation. At the same time, HVC is carrying out the construction of the indoor rainwater drainage project and has handed over a number of villas and townhouses along the 150 and 68m routes.

Blanca City Vung Tau

In this large-scale project, HVC Group is the supplier and installer of the water park's electromechanical system. With great determination, right from the moment of receiving the project site, HVC has been working day and night to meet the schedule.

At the end of the third quarter, HVC had installed about 40% of the underground pipes in the water filtration technology category of 7 games. In the coming time, HVC will construct the machine room and pipes to the tower.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Vân Đồn

HVC is the general contractor for design and construction of the entire project's swimming pool system, including 8 swimming pools in towers A and B.

At tower A, HVC has completed the construction of the electrical waiting area, overflow pipe and heat pump installation connecting to the machine room of the 2 penthouse tanks on the 33rd floor.

Tower B has 6 swimming pools, including 4 penthouse pools, 1 indoor pool and 1 infinity pool. Currently, the 4 penthouse pools on the 32nd floor are waiting for electrical pipes, water supply overflow, and heat pump installation to the machine room. HVC is waiting for the investor to hand over the site to construct the water supply and machine room.

For the indoor swimming pool on the 5th floor, HVC is coordinating with the construction contractor. The infinity pool is still waiting for the site to be developed.

Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay

In addition to 30 completed swimming pools, HVC is implementing the PV presidential swimming pool, WF23 landscape pool and WF10F landscape pool.

By the end of September, all three swimming pools and aquariums had their machine rooms and technological pipes installed. HVC also expects to complete and hand over the entire project in October 2025.

Vuon Vua Resort & Villas

The construction site said that in the third quarter, HVC completed and put into operation the KODANJ hot and cold onsen massage pool and jacuzzi system.

In the fourth quarter, HVC will return to construct swimming pool technology, supply hot mineral water, and supply domestic water for 16 villas in Kim Lien area and deploy these items at 12 villas in De Lien area. At the same time, HVC will continue to construct Koi fish ponds in the Japanese village.

Eurowindow Light City Thanh Hoa

At Eurowindow Light City, HVC Group is the general contractor for the technical infrastructure of the entire project. Recently, HVC started the construction of the lighting section, specifically pouring concrete for manholes and lamppost foundations.

Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay

At the end of September, HVC has fully mobilized its resources to the construction site. At this time, HVC is deploying drawings and submitting design approvals before starting the construction of the infrastructure and lazy river water supply technology package at the project.
