Construction progress of HVC Group's projects at the end of Q2/2026

Recently, HVC Group has accelerated the construction, completion, and handover of the Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay project (Quang Ninh) and four industrial workshops at CNCTech Dream (Phu Tho). In other projects, construction is also proceeding urgently with a high sense of responsibility to ensure the quality and progress committed to the investors.

CNCTech Glory

In Q2/2026, HVC simultaneously implemented the General Contractor package for the construction of two factories, I19-2 (factory number 15) and I19-3 (factory number 16), closely adhering to the schedule.

To date, factory building No. 16 is almost complete and ready for acceptance testing, with the fire protection system fully installed on all three floors. It is expected that on July 7th, HVC will coordinate with the investor to conduct acceptance testing of the remaining items before handing over the building to the tenant from July 10th to 15th.

For factory building No. 15, construction work is progressing rapidly, including pouring the foundation for the first floor, roofing the third floor, and installing the fire protection system on the second floor. HVC aims to complete all work by the end of July, ready for acceptance testing and handover.

CNCTech Dream

After completing the construction work at workshops number 17, 18, 25, and 26, HVC coordinated with the investor and the leasing enterprise to conduct inspections and handovers before commencing operations.

Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay

Regarding the hotel's mechanical and electrical works, approximately 50% of the construction has been completed. Many key items are progressing on schedule, including: 79 out of 89 hotel apartments have been handed over to the interior contractor, meeting the requirements for ceiling installation; the apartment drainage system has been 100% installed and is currently undergoing leak testing; the apartment water supply system is approximately 60% complete; the fire alarm system is 50% complete; the chiller system is 50% complete; and the ventilation system is approximately 60% complete.

Currently, HVC is accelerating the completion of the electrical and mechanical installation work in the kitchen, restaurant, locker, and spa areas (ground floor and first floor) in order to hand over the space to the interior contractor for the installation of the frame and ceiling. The handover is expected to be completed on July 6th.

Regarding the infrastructure and electrical package, HVC is currently laying cables to the apartments. In addition, the main pipeline for the lawn irrigation system has been completed and is being supplied with water.

For the lazy river and landscaped swimming pool water supply technology project, HVC has completed the installation of the piping system around the pool. Currently, the construction site is installing pipes for the water playground project.

Phenikaa University

According to the site management board, the project is entering an accelerated phase to complete key milestones. Adhering closely to the overall plan, HVC is focusing on speeding up construction work, striving to complete the project on schedule for handover.

Phenikaa Tower Hòa Lạc

Tại đây, HVC đảm nhận vai trò tổng thầu cơ điện cao tầng, triển khai toàn bộ hệ thống M&E bao gồm: hệ thống điện, cấp thoát nước, chống sét, điều hòa không khí và các hạng mục kỹ thuật liên quan.

Thời điểm này, HVC đang thi công hệ thống cơ điện phần thô căn hộ, hành lang từ tầng 2 - 10. Sau đó, HVC sẽ triển khai từ tầng 11 - 21 và tiến hành kéo dây điện cấp nguồn, chiếu sáng, lắp đặt thiết bị.

Sun Urban City Hà Nam

HVC đang triển khai cùng lúc các hạng mục: Tổng thầu cơ điện hạ tầng tại phân khu 2 thuộc Khu đô thị thời đại và đổi mới sáng tạo; Gói thoát nước mưa tại phân khu 3; Gói thoát nước mưa trong nhà thuộc phân khu 1, 2.

Với gói thoát nước mưa trong nhà thuộc phân khu 3, HVC thi công đạt 100% khối lượng và đã bàn giao cho chủ đầu tư. Gói thoát nước mưa trong nhà tại phân khu 1 và 2 đang triển khai được khoảng 70%. Trong khi đó, gói cơ điện hạ tầng phân khu 2, HVC thi công đạt 50% khối lượng.

EuroWindow Light City

Ở tuyến Đại lộ Bắc sông Mã, HVC đã hoàn thiện 90% các hạng mục cơ điện. Tại nội khu 1.2, ngay sau khi có mặt bằng, HVC tiến hành thi công một số nhánh tuyến nhỏ gồm D13, D17, D18.

Vườn Vua Resort & Villa

Trong Quý 2, HVC thi công lắp đặt hoàn thiện phòng máy kỹ thuật bể bơi, bể sục Onsen BT23.8-9; Phòng máy bể cá Koi BT23.8-9-10-34; Lắp đặt, bàn giao Heatpump trong nhà của 3 căn BT23.8-9-10. Hiện, HVC đang trong quá trình bàn giao phòng máy kỹ thuật bể sục Onsen, bể bơi và phòng máy bể cá BT23.8-9-10.

Tại khu Đế Liên – Kim Hải mới, công trường đang đặt chờ đường ống âm hạ tầng bể bơi tại 12 căn villa.

Ở khu Làng Nhật, HVC triển khai lắp đặt hoàn thiện phòng máy bể sục, bể bơi và phòng máy bể cá cho 2 căn villa. Đồng thời vận hành và chạy thử bể bơi, bể sục, Heatpump cho căn villa mẫu.

NOXH Happy Home Tràng Cát

Tại dự án, HVC đang tăng tốc thi công gói Tổng thầu cơ điện cho 5 tòa nhà chung cư cao 9 tầng nổi và 1 tầng hầm.

Đến nay, HVC đã hoàn thành khoảng 70% công tác đặt chờ thiết bị, đồng thời triển khai thi công phần thô tại cả 5 tòa nhà với các hạng mục như đi ống luồn dây điện, kéo cáp, hệ thống HVAC, PCCC, cấp thoát nước...

Theo Ban Chỉ huy công trường HVC, tính đến hết Quý 2/2026, khối lượng thi công đạt 25% tổng giá trị công việc theo hợp đồng đã ký kết.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Vân Đồn

Thời gian qua, bể bơi vô cực ngoài nhà tại tầng 5 đã được HVC bàn giao và đưa vào khai thác, phục vụ khách du lịch.

Đối với hệ thống bể penthouse thuộc tháp A và B, bể bơi trong nhà tầng 5 tháp B HVC đang chờ chủ đầu tư cấp điện để vào nước, vận hành chạy thử.

Alluvia City

Tại dự án, HVC Group đảm nhiệm thi công hoàn thiện hạ tầng hệ thống cấp điện và điện nhẹ phân khu Alluvia City. Công việc cụ thể bao gồm mạng lưới cấp điện, cấp nguồn chiếu sáng, viễn thông, camera giám sát.

Hiện nay, bên cạnh việc tập trung đầy đủ nguồn lực tới dự án, HVC đang triển khai bản vẽ và trình duyệt trước khi bắt tay vào thi công.
