Construction progress of HVC Group's projects at the end of August 2024

Before the National Day holiday on September 2nd, HVC Group is still actively accelerating the construction progress at many projects throughout the country. With potential and sufficient human resources, HVC is always confident in ensuring the progress and quality of the project, also upholding its trustworthiness with the investor.

VinWonders Vinhomes Grand Park

At VinWonders Vinhomes Grand Park theme park, HVC Group is the general contractor for constructing water supply and filtration technology for 11 games in Zone 3 and Zone 4. In addition, HVC is also responsible for supplying and installing all electrical and water equipment for this category.

According to the project's Executive Board, HVC has currently executed about 70% of the work volume. In particular, Zone 3 area with 6 adventure games for adults has been completely installed, waiting for the investor to provide electricity and water supply for trial operation; Zone 4 area with games for children is standby for incoming equipment.

It is expected that phase 1 (Zone 3) will be completed on September 15 and by November 5, 2024, HVC will complete phase 2 (Zone 4).

L’Aurora Phú Yên

In this coastal project, HVC Group takes on the role of general technology contractor for the entire swimming pool system: infinity pool, landscape pool, villa swimming pool. In addition, HVC also provides and installs mechanical and electrical systems, including: electricity, water, fire protection, ventilation and air conditioning systems for the Clubhouse area.

Recently, although the weather conditions in Phu Yen have been unpredictable & causing many difficulties in the working process, HVC has still quickly completed the construction of 13 villas swimming pools (area from 18 - 29m2) and Central landscape swimming pools with an area of ​​800m2.

Currently, all of these swimming pools are in the process of trial operation to prepare for handing-over stage to the investor for use.

With the M&E tender of the Clubhouse area, HVC has constructed 70% of the electrical system, water supply and drainage, and extra-low voltage system; The HVAC system covers 90% of the basement, 90% of the 1st floor, 90% of the 2nd floor and 100% of the vertical shaft.

Vườn Vua Resort & Villas

Recently, HVC Group has moved to construct phase 1 of 38 villas in the Indochina - Wyndham area with a swimming pool technology system and natural mineral water supply to each apartment.

On September 2, HVC will hand over 7 villas for customers to use with full amenities. After that, the construction site will continue to complete the remaining villas in the Dong Duong - Wyndham area and 16 villas in the Kim Lien area.

Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay

As the general technology contractor for the entire system of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, miniature pools, and fountains at Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay, HVC has so far installed 60% of the swimming pools' engine rooms. Along with that, the installation of tank wall equipment was also thoroughly carried out by the Project Executive Committee

Ngoc Hoi office M&E system

At this point, HVC Group is the construction unit of the MEP office M&E system with the following categories: electricity, extra-low voltage system, water supply and drainage and air conditioning (excluding fire protection) in Zone A and Zone B areas.

According to the construction site report, in Zone A area, HVC has completed: wall and ceiling pipes, electrical cable trays, extra-low voltage system on floors 1 and 2; condensate pipes system, air conditioning ducts on the 1st and 2nd floors. In addition, HVC is connecting the electrical wires, extra-low voltage system and setting up the copper pipes for air conditioners, installing air conditioning condensers on the roof of the building

Zone B area construction has been completed of wall and ceiling pipes, electrical cable trays, and extra-low voltage system on the 2nd floor; Complete the condensate pipes and air conditioning system ducts on the 2nd floor. Currently, HVC is carrying out work on the 1st floor area.

VinWonders Cửa Lò

After completing and handing over the tender of filtration technology and water supply to game devices and the technology tender of 2 fountains in the Light Square area, HVC Group continues to deploy the pool technology category for Koi fish pond at the project.

Accordingly, the Koi fish pond has a scale of 3,500m3 located on Ngu Island in the VinWonders Cua Lo entertainment complex. Until now, this category has been completed by HVC and handed over to the investor for use.

Vinhomes Đại An

With the scope of renovating game cluster No. 10 at the project's Central Park, HVC Group has completed it and handed it over to the investor for operation.

Vinhomes Dream City

After handing over many M&E general contractor and high-end entertainment technology tenders at the project, HVC Group was assigned an additional contract tender for construction and installation of electrical cabinets and temporary electricity for areas CT01, CT02, CT03. Currently, the construction process has reached 60% of the volume.

The Global City

Recently, HVC has completed the construction of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems on routes D8, D4, N1P, N1R, N1Q, D2 phase 2 and routes V, N1G, N1H, D2 of phase 3. Currently, HVC is waiting for the investor to hand over the sites to continue work.

Beside the above projects, HVC Group is also actively executing many specific works at the garden villa real estate project, afforestation combined with eco-tourism in Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh province (trade name is Euro Villas). Up to now, the project is about to complete its legality and enter the construction phase of the model villa.
