In the next phase, HVC will complete the installation of a swimming pool system and provide hot mineral water for 41 villas in ICIC, Truong Sinh, Son La areas. In addition, HVC also carried out the construction of phase 1 of the pipeline system for swimming pools and water supply for 37 villas in Anh Phat area. Continuing to receive the trust of the investor, HVC is in charge of the design and construction of the hot mineral swimming pool of Service 8.

Vinhomes Dream City (Vinhomes Ocean Park 2)

In Coral subdivision, the general contractor for the infrastructure M&E system of 1,137 low-rise apartments was handed over by HVC from February 2023. In which, the handover and inventory of assets in zones 2 and 8 have been completed. Area 5 also completes camera system, lighting, lightning protection, distribution cabinet. Particularly, the system of electric meter cabinets and water meter boxes are being tested and accepted. According to the plan, this general contractor package will be handed over 100% in August.

Currently handing over to the investor 62 out of 145 villas. Thus, at this key project, all of HVC's bidding packages have "reached the finish line" successfully.

At this time, HVC is rushing to deploy at the same time. 2 bidding packages, including: Construction of infrastructure, traffic of M&E part of West Bay subdivision 4 and construction of M&E route for sales.
