On August 2-3, HVC Group's employees had a meaningful and memorable vacation together at the Flamingo Dai Lai Luxury Resort. The Team Building 2025 program with the theme "We are one" not only brought impressive experiences but also contributed to strengthening the bond between members of the HVC family.
On the morning of August 2nd, HVC Group officially commenced the Team Building 2025 program at the luxurious Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, recognized as one of the top 10 most beautiful resorts in the world (located in Xuan Hoa Ward, Phu Tho Province). This annual event serves to honor the relentless efforts of HVC Group and to further strengthen the solidarity among its employees. Under the theme "We are one," the program aims not only to inspire pride but also to promote a spirit of connection, sharing, and collaboration.

Upon their arrival at the resort, the HVC Group family promptly engaged in an exhilarating military Team Building activity. The employees were organized into four teams: white, red, orange, and pink, and together they navigated a series of physical challenges that demanded coordination, discipline, and strategic thinking.

From obstacle courses to hurdles and sprint challenges, each team was required to leverage their collective strength to accomplish their tasks. Despite the sweltering heat that day, the cheers, clenched fists, and beads of sweat coalesced, painting a vibrant picture of the solidarity and unity among all HVC Group employees. This activity was profoundly significant, as it not only fostered physical strength and determination but also enabled each individual to gain a deeper understanding of their role within the group, thereby enhancing team spirit.

On the same afternoon, the internal Pickleball Exchange event of HVC Group was successfully conducted. Featuring numerous exhilarating matches across three categories—men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles—the staff showcased impressive skills and a spirit of fair play. This event not only promotes physical fitness among HVC Group members but also fosters a relaxed and enjoyable environment for everyone to connect and engage.

Continuing the significant journey, at 7:00 p.m. on the same day, the Gala Dinner program "We Are One" commenced in a lively and dynamic atmosphere. During the event, Mr. Tran Huu Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, conveyed his appreciation on behalf of the Board to all employees of the company who have consistently stood together and contributed to the collective advancement of the organization. Additionally, the Chairman expressed his gratitude to the employees of HVC Group who are stationed at various construction sites nationwide and are unable to attend the Team Building 2025 program.

Consequently, some site staff return to the company only once a year. The Gala Dinner night was particularly vibrant, featuring captivating performances by the company's employees. From the elegant and fluid dance "One Lap of Vietnam" to the energetic routine "Cheri Cheri Lady," and the unique and surprising transformation showcased in "Co Doi Thuong Ngan," the employees of HVC clearly exhibited their talent, creativity, youthfulness, and enthusiasm, fully immersing themselves in the art. Each performance was meticulously crafted, eliciting abundant laughter and resounding applause. Additionally, the program included a gift presentation for the four teams participating in Team Building, the awarding of medals and championship cups to members involved in the Pickleball Exchange, as well as special performances and engaging mini-games.
