In Thanh Hoa, HVC Group becomes the general contractor for the infrastructure of the Eurowindow Light City project

HVC Group has been officially appointed as the general contractor for the infrastructure of the Eurowindow Light City project in Thanh Hoa City. This initiative is situated in a prime location along the northern bank of the Ma River and is anticipated by the investor to evolve into a smart, modern urban area, thereby contributing to the economic development of Thanh Hoa.

The newly developed urban area in Hoang Quang and Hoang Long communes (now Long Anh ward, Thanh Hoa city) is commercially known as Eurowindow Light City, and is invested in by Eurowindow Light City Real Estate Investment Company Limited, a subsidiary of Eurowindow Holding.

The project encompasses an area of nearly 176 hectares and boasts a strategic location with excellent connectivity, situated at the gateway to the center of Thanh Hoa City. Eurowindow Light City is conceived as a city of light, featuring six expansive subdivisions and a diverse array of products, including commercial townhouses, luxury villas, and mixed-use high-rise apartments.

With the objective of fostering and advancing economic development in the northern bank of the Ma River specifically, and in Thanh Hoa more broadly, the investor has concentrated on establishing a comprehensive array of valuable amenities within the project. These include a commercial center, a regulating lake, a park, and the Avenue of Light. Together, they coalesce to create a smart, modern, and sophisticated urban area, where the distinctive quality of life is unequivocally established.

In this significant project, HVC Group—ranked among the Top 10 prestigious electromechanical contractors in 2025—has been officially appointed as the general contractor for technical infrastructure. Specifically, HVC will oversee the construction of low-voltage power supply systems, lighting, lightning protection, water supply to apartments, and fire protection water supply.

Previously, in 2022-2023, HVC Group established a collaborative relationship with Eurowindow Holding, serving as the supplier and installer of the outdoor swimming pool system for the Eurowindow Twins Parks project in the Gia Lam district of Hanoi. The project's success in Hanoi has bolstered trust and laid the groundwork for broader cooperation between HVC and Eurowindow Holding.
