At CNCTech Glory, HVC Group completed construction and handed over factory I19-4
30/10/2025
Although HVC has not engaged in general contracting for industrial factory construction for an extended period, it has swiftly showcased its adaptability, professional expertise, and commitment in every project. At the CNCTech Glory project in Phu Tho, following a phase of expedited execution, HVC successfully completed and delivered the I19-4 factory to the investor, CNCTech Group.
CNCTech Glory encompasses an area of nearly 19 hectares, situated within the Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park in Binh Xuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province. It stands as a pivotal project in the high-tech production expansion strategy of CNCTech Group in the Northern region. The initiative comprises a total of eight factories, with an overall investment capital of 1,338 billion VND, and is designed to achieve a manufacturing and processing capacity of 500,000 mechanical products per year, in addition to factory rental services.
Factory I19-4, constructed by HVC, has been finalized and is currently undergoing acceptance and handover
At CNCTech Glory, HVC Group serves as the General Contractor for the construction of industrial factories and technical infrastructure for factories I19-1, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4. The four factories under HVC's purview encompass a construction area of approximately 6 hectares. As stipulated in the signed contract, HVC is tasked with overseeing the entire factory system's construction, which includes the development of foundational elements to project completion: foundation piles, factory flooring, underground works, reinforced concrete frameworks, factory roofing, M&E electromechanical systems, interior installations, guardhouses, and traffic infrastructure.
Factory I19-4 stands three stories tall, encompassing a total construction floor area of 15,000 m²
Recently, at factory I19-4 (also referred to as factory 17), HVC has intensified construction efforts with a commitment to accelerate progress. Following a brief implementation period, the three-story factory, encompassing a total floor area of 15,000 m², has been completed. Additionally, the traffic infrastructure and guardhouse have also been finalized. The fire protection system on the first, second, and third floors has successfully passed the acceptance process and received a fire protection license. Currently, HVC is collaborating with the investor CNCTech to facilitate the handover of this factory to the customer.
The fire protection system has been evaluated and officially transferred
Mr. Bui Quy Duong, Commander of HVC for the CNCTech Glory project, stated: "All four factories constructed by HVC feature expansive areas, necessitating load-bearing capacity, adherence to safety standards, quality assurance, space optimization, and efficient production processes.
Despite being a newcomer in the realm of General Contracting for industrial factory construction, HVC has rapidly adapted, leveraging its extensive experience in large-scale projects across the nation to maximize its capabilities and implement professional, effective construction methodologies. The timely completion and handover of factory I19-4, while ensuring technical quality, not only demonstrate HVC's flexibility and adaptability in transitioning to a new sector but also establish a foundation and motivation for the company to continue advancing with subsequent factories."
Each construction element of the project is meticulously executed by HVC, guaranteeing quality
Mr. Duong noted that during the completion of the I19-4 factory, HVC concurrently constructed the I19-1 factory. The I19-1 factory was designed with a single-story structure, encompassing a total floor area of over 13,000 m². By mid-October 2025, the construction of the structure and the installation of fire protection systems at the I19-1 factory were completed. On October 24, HVC collaborated with the police agency to conduct the fire protection acceptance at this facility. The acceptance process proceeded smoothly and successfully, receiving high praise from the authorities for the quality of construction. Currently, HVC is awaiting the fire protection acceptance certificate for the I19-1 factory prior to handing over the project to the investor.
HVC collaborated with law enforcement to perform a fire safety inspection at factory I19-1
With a meticulously devised development strategy and the capacity to deliver comprehensive general construction contracting services, HVC aspires for its collaborative efforts to establish CNCTech Glory as a leading hub for manufacturing supporting industrial products and leasing factories in the Northern region.
As previously reported, alongside CNCTech Glory at Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, HVC has also partnered with CNCTech Group on the construction of the UTI High-Tech Factory located in the Thang Long 2 Industrial Center in Phu Tho, which is funded by UTI VINA Group (Korea). In this project, HVC Group serves as the General Contractor for the entire endeavor.
Factory E10 and E11 of the UTI Factory project are concurrently under construction by HVC
HVC is presently engaged in the construction of factory No. E10, which comprises three floors with a floor area of 9,000 m² per floor, and factory No. E11, which consists of four floors, each with a floor area of 2,400 m², at the UTI High-Tech Factory. The focus of this project is on the assembly of structures and the installation of fire protection systems.
