Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay: HVC continues to win the general contractor package for the high-end hotel complex's electrical and mechanical systems
27/01/2026
Following a series of successful collaborations with BIM Group, HVC was recently awarded another M&E general contractor package for the luxury hotel area of Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay. By simultaneously undertaking multiple M&E general contractor packages at the project, HVC once again clearly demonstrates its construction capabilities, brand reputation, and the trust of the investor.
Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is a high-end eco-villa and resort project located within the Ha Long Marina commercial complex (Quang Ninh province), developed by Bim Group. The project includes a series of detached and semi-detached villas, as well as a luxury hotel apartment complex, promising a perfect and upscale living and vacation experience right next to Ha Long Bay – a World Natural Heritage site.
Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is a project with a prime location, "backed by mountains and facing the sea"
With the desire to create "a resort that is easy to appreciate but truly unforgettable," the developer has focused on developing a large-scale and impressive system of internal amenities. Highlights include a 90-room hotel with ocean views, a Clubhouse, and a system of uniquely designed swimming pools and lazy rivers, catering to an elite community of residents and discerning travelers.
Previously, in September 2025, HVC was selected by BIM Group as the general contractor for the mechanical, electrical, and exterior landscaping infrastructure of the project. According to the contract, HVC was responsible for the construction of low-voltage electrical systems, low-voltage systems, lighting, lightning protection, water supply and drainage, and fire protection. Shortly after, HVC was assigned to implement an additional package: a technology system for supplying and filtering water from the lazy river at the Clubhouse.
Through a rigorous and professional construction process, HVC has now completed the installation of HDPE electrical conduit pipes for the landscape lighting system of the Zone 1 model route. In the lazy river water supply and filtration project, 60% of the technological pipelines have been laid.

According to the investor's representative, to focus on developing the high-end real estate segment, BIM Group always prioritizes cooperation with reputable partners right from the initial stages of implementation. In particular, the selection of design consultants, general contractors, and project management firms is carried out meticulously to ensure the quality of the construction and meet stringent standards. This is why HVC Group continues to be trusted by BIM Group, receiving the additional general contractor package for the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and electrical) components at the high-end hotel section of the Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay project.
At the upscale hotel area of Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay, HVC will be the general contractor for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems
Reportedly, the hotel complex has 7 floors, with a construction area of approximately 2,200m2 per floor and 2 basement levels totaling 7,400m2. As it is a high-end resort real estate project, the investor demanded that the electromechanical systems meet complex technical requirements such as smart electrical systems, control systems, and fire alarm systems… in order to optimize operation, save energy, reduce noise, and allow for remote control and management. These are high technical requirements, demanding that the general contractor possess specialized implementation capabilities and extensive experience like HVC.
In the hotel electromechanical sector, HVC Group has left many positive marks over the years through large-scale projects such as: Apec Mandala Sky Villa Hoa Binh (investor Apec Group), high-end hotel at My An Hot Spring Resort (investor Bitexco), Vinmart and Vinpro supermarket and 45-story hotel - Vinhomes Imperia Hai Phong (investor Vingroup)...

Currently, HVC has a high-quality team of personnel "on duty" at Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay, ready to handle a large volume of work, ensuring construction progress and meeting the stringent requirements of the investor. The signing of the high-value general contract package with BIM Group just before the new year 2026 is seen as a positive start, creating momentum for growth and further motivating HVC to continue to break through and reach even greater heights in the future.
