Located at Ha Dong – a region famous for traditional silk weaving, Mulberry Lane was constructed based on silk-weaving -from-mulberry-leaf process. The project has an area of 2.4 ha, located in the new administrative center of the Capital. The project is located in a favorable position to enter the city center as well as the Noi Bai International Airport. System infrastructure architecture as Le Van Luong extended street completed has created a new way to enter the city center. Mulberry Lane also located near many establishments service and famous university.

Mulberry Lane project includes five buildings with total nearly 1.500 luxury apartments, overlooking the city and the natural lake view. Project Mulberry Lane is in progress and about to be introduced in the grand opening. It is the co-operation between CapitaLand and a local client named Hoang Thanh Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.  Hoang Thanh works in investment, construction, commerce and developing real estate project such as new residential, hotel, building and infrastructure.

Recently, HVC investment and  technology  joint stock company has coordinated with Hung Long service and commercial company to sign the contract with the owner about supplying and installing swimming pool and spa equipments for Project Mulberry Lane. All technology and equipments are provided by Astrapool in Spain. The swimming pool is estimated to be completed and taken into use in July 2013
