Progress of construction of projects in the first quarter of 2022: Ensuring progress, HVC Group affirms its credibility with the investor

Accordingly, in addition to vinhomes grand park project (Ho Chi Minh City) was 100% completed in early March 2022, HVC Group continues to construct items of electromechanical M&E and design, supply and installation of entertainment equipment in important projects.

Danko City Thai Nguyen

In this high-class project, HVC Group is trusted by the investor to sign a general contract of electromechanical general contractor with the scale of 1 basement and 5 floors, 5000m2 of Danko Plaza commercial center. Specifically, HVC Group will construct the power system, light electricity; ventilation and air conditioning systems; water supply and drainage systems and sanitary facilities; fire protection system.

Immediately after signing the contract, in August 2021 HVC Group embarked on the implementation of construction. Faced with difficulties due to the unpredictable epidemic situation, however, with the spirit of urgent labor, Danko Palaza has now completed up to 98% of the items of the electromechanical general contractor package. According to Mr. Le Ngoc Vu (Project Commander), by the end of March 2022, the project will be 100% completed and handed over to the investor to put into operation.

Apecs Mandala Wyndham (Mui Ne, Phan Thiet)

With experience in implementing hundreds of swimming pools, spas, saunas, jacuzzi at resorts and luxury resorts across the country, this package is considered one of the favorable conditions for HVC Group to promote its capacity and strengths.

Currently, HVC Group is constructing according to the schedule of complete installation and acceptance of raw technology. It is expected that 30/4 will complete 100% of the engine rooms, equipment for swimming pools and mud baths, minerals, spas and hand over to the investor on schedule.

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh (Quang Ninh)

Inspired by the abundant energy and symbolism of the goodness of the sun, Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh is the first model of a japanese-style hot mineral bath resort to be developed by Sun Group in Cam Pha City.

With the expectation of making Quang Ninh become the leading resort and health care destination in the region as well as the world, Sun Group has invested in a complex of 170 villas leading directly to precious hot minerals from Quang Hanh nature into the bedroom, with a full system of tanks / rooms,  make sure to take an onsen bath at any time in accordance with the procedure from bathing, soaking hot minerals to hot baths and ending with cold snow baths.

The contract HVC Group signed with the investor is the construction of the entire hot sauna and cold sauna of 170 villas with a value of nearly VND60 billion. According to the roadmap, on June 30, HVC Group will complete phase 1, phase 2 and hand over 100 villas. The remaining 70 villas will be handed over in phase 3 i.e. September 30, 2022.

APEC Mandala Sky Villas Hoa Binh 5-Star Project

Since its appearance, Apecs Mandala Sky Villas has been likened to "a glass of smoked whisky in the midst of the original Peace nature", impressed with the hot mineral villas suspended in the air inspired by the luxurious life in developed countries. Mr. Le Van Huong (Project Commander) said that the power system has deployed 80% of the raw parts of the apartments, the raw electricity part of the corridor is urgently under construction in the form of a mat. The ventilation and fire protection system has been roughly completed in the corridor and at the apartments under construction according to the correct axis. The water supply and drainage system, HVC Group also completed the raw items in the corridor and some apartments.

He added: "HVC Group has enough potential and manpower to carry out the schedule of the bidding package, even exceeding the schedule of the investor. However, due to the impact of objective factors, difficulties in arising work, supplies, construction premises, design drawings ... This leads to a slightly longer progress."

NovaWorld Phan Thiet Water Park

NovaWorld Phan Thiet water park project, HVC Group was assigned by Novaland investor to design water purification, water treatment, supply and construction of all this technology.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a modern and world-class resort and entertainment tourism metropolis with a scale of nearly 1,000ha. This place owns a diverse system of utilities of amusement parks, high-end entertainment, theme parks, theme villages, 16-hectare marine park wildlife zoos, water parks, artificial beaches, water music squares, marinas, food courts, fruit fairs,  has a stadium with a capacity of 1000 people; helipad; 02 international standard 18-hole golf courses,...

The general problem due to the epidemic situation, however, HVC Group still strives and is gradually completing the infrastructure connecting from the game area to the engine room with many items completed 85% such as: construction of pipes from the water return points, overflowing, collecting the bottom, the tanks to 2 filter rooms. The construction of pipe lines from the locking scale points under the ladder towers to the pumping rooms reaches a progress of 70%. Besides, the construction and installation of water purification rooms also reached about 50%.

With this project, HVC Group will hand over the slide in stages. It is expected that in June 2022, 100% of the construction items signed with the investor will be completed.

King's Garden Resort & Villas Project

King Resort & Villas Garden is becoming an ideal rendezvous for four seasons in the North recently based on the favorable location on the rare natural hot minerals La Phu - Thanh Thuy (Phu Tho).  This is an ecotourism complex, outdoor amusement park and resort villa system with the scale of more than 300 villas, eco-garden houses.

According to the project, HVC Group has completed phase 1, acceptance and handover put into use the natural hot mineral water supply system for 20 villas and 30 units of hot mineral swimming pool, 01 hot mineral Onsen swimming pool and water purification technology 01 Koi aquarium in Kim Lien area.

Currently, HVC Group is constructing Dong Do – Phu Gia area, it is expected that 30/4 will hand over and put into use the villa swimming pool technology system, 22 units hot mineral water supply system and Koi aquarium water purification technology No. 02. The system of hot spring and onsen swimming pools is still under construction in the next stages.
