In pursuit of the objective to expedite breakthroughs by 2025, HVC's Board of Directors, starting in the fourth quarter of 2024, evaluated the general construction contracting sector, particularly the industrial factory construction segment, which exhibits significant potential for future growth. This sector serves as an ancillary industry, representing a substantial portion of the company's operations, especially in the realms of general mechanical and electrical contracting and equipment manufacturing.

Following a thorough period of research, analysis, and meticulous market evaluation, HVC has resolved to broaden its operations into the realm of general construction contracting. This decision is regarded as a strategic initiative, representing a bold yet potentially transformative step, designed to leverage the robust foundation of project management, technical expertise, and extensive network of partners that HVC has diligently cultivated.

Reality is affirming the validity of the transformation, alongside HVC's capacity to swiftly adapt to its new role. In a brief period, HVC has consistently secured significant contracts for the construction and supply of industrial factory equipment, indicating a promising business segment for 2025. These contracts include: serving as the general contractor for the construction of industrial factories and technical infrastructure at the CNCTech Glory project (located in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc); constructing the air conditioning and ventilation system for the ATR Factory project (An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Hai Duong); and supplying, positioning, and installing control cabinets for SUNREX Technology Co., Ltd. in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (Quang Ninh).

As reported, at the CNCTech Glory project undertaken by CNCTech Group, HVC serves as the General Contractor for the construction of industrial factories and technical infrastructure for factories 12, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4. The four factories that HVC Group is developing encompass a construction area of approximately 6 hectares. Specifically, HVC is tasked with the comprehensive construction of the factory system, which includes the development of foundational elements, factory floors, underground facilities, reinforced concrete structural frames, factory roofs, M&E electromechanical systems, interior installations, guardhouses, and traffic infrastructure, among other components.

The representative of the Executive Board of HVC Group at the CNCTech Glory project stated that experience in the fields of electromechanical and high-end entertainment technology has provided employees with a robust foundation in technical management and professional construction capabilities. All four factories constructed by HVC are substantial in size, necessitating load-bearing capacity and adherence to safety, quality, and production efficiency standards. As a general contractor, HVC will leverage its full potential to deliver completed, high-quality projects that fulfill all investor expectations.

Recently, at An Phat 1 Industrial Park in Nam Sach District (Hai Duong), HVC entered into a contract to install air conditioning and compressed air systems (mechanical components) for the entire factory area. The ATR Factory spans approximately 3 hectares and specializes in the assembly and manufacturing of electronic components, electrical equipment, toys, and plastic products. The investor is ATR Manufacturing Company Limited (Vietnam).

With this package, HVC is rapidly progressing, having completed approximately 30% of the work volume, and is fully confident in its ability to meet the scheduled completion date.

Most recently, HVC entered into a contract to supply, locate, and install control cabinets for the SUNREX Technology Company Limited project in Vietnam. This company specializes in the production of keyboards and computer keyboard backlights and is headquartered in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park within the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone (Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh).

HVC is currently engaged in the manufacturing of electrical cabinets. Upon completion of production and technical standard inspections, HVC will advance to the installation phase of the project. With its strengths in quality, rapid production speed, competitive pricing, and notably holding the international KEMA Type Test certificate, HVC is poised to deliver exceptional electrical cabinets to its partners, fulfilling the stringent requirements set by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
