Ceremony to announce and award decisions to appoint officers and management leaders of HVC Group

On the afternoon of November 11, 2025, HVC Group successfully held the Announcement Ceremony and awarded the appointment decision to 3 important positions, marking a new step in the work of perfecting the company's management apparatus.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Huu Dong - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Do Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Van Cuong - General Director, members of the Board of Directors, department heads and employees of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company (HVC Group).

At the ceremony, authorized by the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Dung - Head of Administration announced the Appointment Decision No. 16/QD-HVC dated November 11, 2025 of the Board of Directors on the appointment of staff. Accordingly, Mr. Duong Danh Cuong - Head of Quantity Control Department and Deputy Director of HVC Construction General Contractor Joint Stock Company (HVCcons, under HVC Group) was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of HVC Group.

Mr. Duong Danh Cuong is one of the enthusiastic young officials who always tries and strives to complete tasks, and is highly appreciated by the Board of Directors for his professional capacity and sense of responsibility. Previously, in April 2023, Mr. Cuong was appointed to the position of Head of Quantity Control Department and Deputy Director of HVC Electromechanical General Contractor Co., Ltd. (now HVC Construction General Contractor Joint Stock Company). In his new position as Deputy General Director of HVC Group, Mr. Cuong will directly advise and support the Board of Directors in the operation and management of the company's operations.

Also at the Ceremony, HVC Group had 2 more decisions to appoint staff: Mr. Le Tien Dung - Deputy Head of Quantity Control Department holds the position of Acting Head of Quantity Control Department according to Decision No. 17/QD-HVC dated November 11, 2025 of the General Director; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Son - Deputy Head of Design Control Department holds the position of Acting Head of Design Control Department according to Decision No. 18/QD-HVC dated November 11, 2025 of the General Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Dong - Chairman of the Board of Directors, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management of the company, sent congratulations to the newly appointed officers. Mr. Dong emphasized that in recent years, HVC has always focused on building a professional, transparent, and fair working environment, creating conditions for capable and dedicated officers and employees to develop and assert themselves. Today's event is an important milestone, contributing to the completion of the leadership system, improving the management and operational efficiency of the company.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors also expressed his hope that, in their new positions, the appointed officers will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, be proactive and creative, constantly learn, improve their expertise and management skills to work together to build HVC Group to become more united and develop strongly.
