HVC completes construction and is ready to hand over the UTI high-tech factory
31/12/2025
Recognizing the UTI High-Tech Factory as a key project in its strategy to enhance its capacity as a general contractor for industrial factory construction, HVC has recently collaborated with CNCTech Group to accelerate construction progress. Within just a few months of implementation, HVC completed two factory buildings, E10 and E11, obtained fire safety certification, and is ready to hand them over to the investor.
The UTI high-tech factory is being built in the Thang Long 3 Industrial Center (part of the Thang Long 3 Industrial Park, Phu Tho province). The factory covers an area of approximately 4 hectares, with a total investment of over 105 million USD. It is owned by UTI VINA Group (from South Korea) and is part of a joint venture and partnership with CNCTech Group.
HVC is the general contractor for the UTI High-Tech Factory project
The project comprises two factories, E10 and E11, specializing in electronics manufacturing. Factory E10 is a three-story building with a floor area of 9,000 m² per floor; Factory E11 is a four-story building with a floor area of 2,400 m² per floor. HVC Group acts as the general contractor, undertaking the entire construction process from the structural work (foundations, factory floors, reinforced concrete frame, roof, fire protection system installation) to auxiliary works (underground structures, guardhouse, transportation infrastructure, etc.).
Immediately after signing the contract, HVC quickly mobilized personnel, machinery, equipment, and advanced technology to the project for construction. Accordingly, both factory buildings were constructed by HVC using precast concrete frames to provide aesthetics, high durability, good load-bearing capacity, fire resistance, and effective sound insulation, making them very suitable for large-scale manufacturing industries. In addition, the use of precast concrete components significantly shortens construction time and reduces dependence on weather conditions, helping the investor save costs.
HVC is urgently constructing workshops E10 and E11, ensuring quality
To date, the construction, infrastructure, and auxiliary items for the E10 and E11 factory buildings have been completed. Regarding the fire protection system installation, HVC recently collaborated with CNCTech and relevant authorities to conduct inspections and acceptance testing. According to the assessment of the authorities, HVC has completed the construction according to the design drawings, meeting the fire safety requirements for production operations.
Mr. Bui Quy Duong – Project Manager of HVC in this project, said: “Throughout the project, HVC has always applied advanced technology to construction management, ensuring technical accuracy, while adhering to modern construction standards from material selection to the construction of each small item.”
Furthermore, the fire protection system at the factory was designed and installed by HVC according to the latest standards, integrating modern early warning and automatic fire extinguishing technology. The fire protection acceptance process was rigorous, with the participation and supervision of relevant authorities, representatives of CNCTech Group, and UTI VINA Group. The results showed that all technical parameters met the standards, ensuring safety and readiness to respond in any situation.”
HVC is coordinating with relevant authorities to conduct fire safety inspections at the project
Mr. Duong added that HVC is currently in the process of completing the final stages, carrying out cleaning and a comprehensive inspection of the project to ensure the factory structure remains stable and meets all technical standards before handover to the investor. After handover, HVC will perform warranty and periodic maintenance work.
The successful completion of the UTI High-Tech Factory on schedule has further strengthened HVC's reputation and enhanced its capabilities in the field of industrial factory construction general contracting. HVC expects that with its partnership and contributions, the UTI High-Tech Factory, once operational, will become one of the leading modern manufacturing centers in Northern Vietnam, providing employment opportunities for workers and making a positive contribution to the local economic growth.

As previously reported, in addition to the UTI High-Tech Factory, HVC also serves as the general contractor for the CNCTech Glory and CNCTech Dream projects (located in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province), with CNCTech Group as the investor. At the CNCTech Glory project, HVC has handed over two factory buildings, I19-1 and I19-4, and is currently constructing the structural framework for buildings I19-2 and I19-3. Meanwhile, at the CNCTech Dream project, after signing a series of additional industrial factory construction contracts, HVC has received the site from the investor and is proceeding with the erection of the structural framework.
