HVC Hoa Binh organizes bombs, mines and explosive materials clearance at the project to prepare for construction of model villas

In order to ensure the safety of residents & vehicles around the area, and also help solving the problem of bomb, mine and explosive material pollution caused by wars, HVC Hoa Binh recently carried out the clearance work for bombs and mines at the garden villa area project, afforestation combined with eco-tourism before moving to the construction phase of the model villa area.

From June 22, Hoa Binh HVC and Ho Guom Investment Company Limited (also known as HVC Hoa Binh, under HVC Group) conducted bombs, mines, and explosives clearance on the site of the Garden Villa Area project. , afforestation combined with eco-tourism (Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh city). This is an optional but important activity to ensure safety and at the same time, demonstrate the seriousness and thoroughness in the work of HVC Hoa Binh in particular and HVC Group in general.

The clearance work of bombs, mines and explosive materials at the project was carried out by HVC Hoa Binh in collaboration with Thanh An Corps, the Command of the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Military Command of Hoa Binh province. Operation period is expected to last from 15 - 20 days. During the inspection and review process, if bombs, mines or explosives are discovered, the executing unit will report and hand over the materials to the local Military Command at a common location, then carry out the disposal.

According to a 2012 survey from the Hoa Binh Province Military Command, the rate of pollution of bombs, mines and explosive materials in the project area of ​​HVC Hoa Binh accounted for 13.7% of the entire Mong Hoa commune. Therefore, before starting construction of the model villa, HVC Hoa Binh deployed mines and explosives clearance throughout the project site to bring purity to the land, ensuring safety for vehicles & residents living around the area, and at the same time contribute to solving the problem of bomb, mine and explosive material pollution after the war.

As previously reported, in mid-May 2024, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province approved HVC Hoa Binh as the investor for the garden villa area project, afforestation combined with eco-tourism (trading name is Euro Villas).

The project has the area of ​​28.74 hectares, total estimated investment of at least 791.8 billion VND, construction progress is in the period 2023 - 2026. The project has 263 long-term owned residential land villas, the apartment-hotel has 9 floors with the floor area of ​​nearly 1700m2, restaurant areas, clubhouse, spa area, Kidgame area... are all invested synchronously.
