19/07/2025

The UTI High-Tech Factory Project is financed by UTI VINA Group, which is part of a joint venture with CNCTech Group. In this initiative, HVC Group serves as the general contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from the initial stages to the project's completion.

The UTI High-Tech Factory Project is located at the Thang Long 2 Industrial Center within the Thang Long 3 Industrial Park in Vinh Phuc, now part of Phu Tho province. The factory spans an area of 4 hectares and represents a total investment exceeding 105 million USD, funded by UTI VINA Group from Korea, and is part of a joint venture with CNCTech Group. With its substantial investment and long-term development strategy, the project is poised to become one of the premier modern manufacturing centers in the Northern region, generating additional employment opportunities and contributing positively to the economic growth of Phu Tho province.

The high-tech UTI factory, spanning 4 hectares, is being constructed by HVC as the general contractor

In this project, HVC Group serves as the general contractor. Specifically, HVC will oversee the entire construction process of the UTI manufacturing plant, encompassing all phases from rough construction to the final completion of the project, including: foundation piles, workshop flooring, underground structures, structural framework, workshop roofing, M&E systems, interior installation, and transportation infrastructure.

To ensure a smooth construction process that meets high-quality standards and adheres to timelines, HVC promptly mobilized its workforce and resources to the project site immediately following the contract signing. With the capability to provide comprehensive construction services, including design, construction, MEP works, equipment manufacturing and supply, as well as finishing and maintenance, HVC is confident in its ability to assist investors and partners in expediting project implementation, optimizing costs, minimizing risks, and ensuring coherence and efficiency throughout the project execution.

HVC Group is actively collaborating with CNCTech to implement the construction of the UTI high-tech factory

Previously, CNCTech held the groundbreaking ceremony for the UTI high-tech factory project. The ceremony was conducted with great formality and success, attended by Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Phú Thọ Provincial People's Committee, along with several leaders from provincial departments; the leadership team of UTI VINA Group; and the leadership team of CNCTech. Representing HVC Group, Mr. Tran Huu Đong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with the leadership team and several employees of the company, participated in the groundbreaking event.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, Mr. Tran Duy Dong (dressed in a black suit, standing in the center), along with leaders from various departments, posed for a photograph with representatives from UTI VINA, CNCTech, and HVC Group.

According to the assessment of the leaders, the construction project of the UTI high-tech factory represents a significant milestone in the collaboration between CNCTech and UTI VINA. This also serves as evidence of the trust and sustainable partnership among domestic and international enterprises, aimed at achieving common development goals and contributing to socio-economic progress.

As previously communicated, in April 2025, HVC Group officially commenced its collaboration with CNCTech Group, assuming the role of general contractor for the construction of industrial facilities and technical infrastructure for buildings 12, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4 at the CNCTech Glory project within the Bá Thiện 1 Industrial Park (Phú Thọ). Throughout the construction process, HVC received high satisfaction and commendations from the investor. The company's professional work ethic, capabilities, and extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, along with its reputable brand, have enabled HVC to earn trust and confidence from clients and partners.

In recent times, the economic and financial landscape both domestically and globally has experienced significant fluctuations due to the United States' reciprocal tariff policies. In light of this context, numerous corporations and factories have revised their investment, production, and business plans to align with current realities. Consequently, several contracts previously signed by HVC Group have also been adjusted in terms of construction timelines. It is anticipated that from the third quarter onward, HVC will actively implement the project sites for factory construction to ensure timely delivery to clients.
