HVC Group - General mechanical and electrical contractor of 2 high-rise buildings at Phenikaa University

After a rigorous process of testing and evaluating capacity, HVC Group was officially assigned by Phenikaa Group to implement the general mechanical and electrical contracting package for the D4 Dormitory and D5 Commercial Service House on the Phenikaa University campus. This is a project that requires professional construction capacity when integrating many functions such as: Student dormitory, office, accommodation area for staff, utilities and commercial services.

Recently, HVC Group has cooperated with Phenikaa Group as the general contractor to implement the package "Providing and installing mechanical and electrical systems for Dormitory D4 and Commercial Service House D5 under Phenikaa University Construction Project" in Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi City.

According to information from the investor, in order to meet the development needs, improve the quality of education and training as well as practical experience for students and staff, Phenikaa University has invested heavily in modern facilities. Among them, it is impossible not to mention the D4 Dormitory Complex and D5 Commercial Service House.

It is known that the project is located on a land area of ​​over 7,200m2, including 2 D4 Dormitory buildings and D5 Commercial Service House with a total floor area of ​​nearly 34,414m2. The D4 and D5 projects are both 15 floors high, sharing 1 basement and 3 floors of the base. Here, the basement has a floor area of ​​about 4,200m2, arranged for parking and technical space; the 3-storey base functions as a utility and commercial service area.

In particular, Dormitory building D4, from floors 4 to 15, are arranged with dormitory rooms to provide and ensure a safe and ideal living environment for hundreds of students studying at Phenikaa University.

For the D5 Commercial Service Building, floors 4-12 are staff lounges, floors 13-15 are office space, bringing a civilized community right on campus.

At this complex, HVC will carry out the construction and installation of electrical systems (lighting, switches, sockets, etc.); low voltage systems (network, camera, audio systems); water supply and drainage and air conditioning.

As one of the key projects integrating many functions, Phenikaa Group requires the electromechanical contractor to possess extensive practical implementation experience, professional management capacity, and brand reputation that has been proven through many large projects such as HVC Group. In fact, before being selected as the general electromechanical contractor for the D4 and D5 complexes, HVC underwent a rigorous evaluation process from Phenikaa, including: Surveying similar projects that HVC has constructed, evaluating the electromechanical equipment production capacity at HVC Hung Yen Factory, checking the operating apparatus at the company headquarters, and interviewing the professional capacity of the construction site management board.

Previously in 2021, HVC cooperated with Phenikaa Group when implementing the package "Providing and installing equipment for 2 indoor swimming pools at Phenikaa Inter-level School" (Tu Hoang Street, Hanoi). This is a four-season swimming pool that integrates the functions of competition, training and physical development of students. In just a short time of construction, the project was completed by HVC and handed over to the investor for use. Up to now, the swimming pool at Phenikaa School is still operating well, ensuring quality standards, serving the learning and teaching needs of students and teachers in the school.

The signing of the construction contract for the D4 and D5 buildings with Phenikaa once again demonstrates HVC's capacity and position in the field of general mechanical and electrical contracting, especially in the high-rise mechanical and electrical sector.
