HVC Group actively deploys key bidding packages across the country

From the beginning of the year, HVC Group has continuously completed and handed over many important packages at large projects so far. This is the clear evidence of HVC's commitments on the construction progress as well as the project quality. Also, HVC is still actively executing other key bidding packages in Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Yen, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Hung Yen...

The Global City

At The Global City - one of HVC's major construction sites, engineers, workers and machines have been working hard to ensure the progress.

According to the signed contract, HVC is the general M&E infrastructure contractor of the project with specific tasks: Construction of water supply systems, fire protection, road lighting M&E and low-voltage power supply.

Previously, HVC has quickly completed and handed over phase 1 in the Soho subdivision to the investor. At the same time, HVC is executing the construction of M&E infrastructure systems on routes D8, D4, N1P, N1R, N1Q, D2 of phase 2 and routes V, N1G, N1H, D2 of phase 3.

HVC Group's Construction site command board said that currently, 80% of the routes has been completed.

Vinhomes Dai An

Two general M&E contractor packages at Vinhomes Dai An including infrastructure M&E and West Bay PK4 traffic and the main road M&E for marketplace, have been completed, accepted and handed over to the Management Board for operation.

In particular, the general M&E infrastructure and traffic package PK4 Tay Bay includes the following main scopes: Installation of sidewalk lighting systems; Construction of electrical cabinet systems and power supply cabinets for apartments; Installation lightning protection system, water supply, security cameras.

M&E general contractor package for main route serving trades includes: installation of sidewalk lighting system, installation of electrical cabinets, power cable installation for tree-wrapping LED lighting system. In addition, HVC also constructed lightning protection systems, water supply, and security cameras

Currently, HVC is renovating game No. 10 at the Central Park project. Accordingly, HVC has completed the construction of the game water supply underground pipe and been finishing the installation of the filtration-system room and water-game supply system. It is expected to complete by June 20.

Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay

At the Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay, HVC is the general technology contractor for the entire system of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, miniature pools, and fountains.

Recently, HVC has completed the construction of the outer pipes of 47 swimming pools, ornamental tanks, and fountains. Also, HVC is installing engine rooms for the entire system. In the next phase, HVC will complete the installation of equipment for the engine room and tank wall.

Vuon Vua Resort & Villas

During this phase, HVC has completed the swimming pool system of The Golden Palm Onsen Swimming Pool, infinity swimming pool, and hot mineral swimming pool at Service restaurant No.6

Completed the installation of hot mineral swimming pool system, hot mineral jacuzzi, hot mineral water supply to 4 Onsen villas. At the same time, completed the hot mineral supply for 81 villas at the project. In addition, HVC also installed and ran test the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and hot mineral water supply for the 5-star Kim Lien Hoang Gia model villa.

With the trust and appreciation from the investor, HVC continues to carry out the construction of 38 villas in the Indochina area with a swimming pool system and natural mineral water.

Until now at Vuon Vua Resort & Villas, HVC Group has completed the construction of water filtration and supply technology for 186 villas (of which 21 have hot water swimming pool systems); 1 Onsen infinity swimming pool; 1 Onsen hot spring swimming pool; 4 villas heated swimming pools and 24 onsen hot Jacuzzi... In the coming time, the number of swimming pools completed by HVC will keep rising.

L’Aurora Phu Yen

HVC Group took the role of general technology contractor for the entire swimming pool system (infinity pool, landscape pool, villa swimming pool) at L'Aurora Phu Yen. To this point, HVC has completed about 90% of the work scope and been installing equipment into the tank to operate the system.

Also in this project, HVC also provided and installed mechanical and electrical systems, including: electricity, water, fire protection, ventilation and air conditioning systems for TM6 auxiliary area. By mid-June 2024, HVC has implemented about 20% of the work scope.

VinWoders at Vinhomes Grand Park

HVC Group is the general contractor for the water supply and filtration technology construction at 11 games of the VinWonders Vinhomes Grand Park theme park. Currently, HVC has provided sufficient materials to the construction site, ready to carry out work as soon as the site is ready.

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh

In this project, HVC Group handed over all sauna and igloo technology for 170 villas and received high praise from investor Sun Group.
