Vincom Cam Pha Commercial Center Project

With its expertise and capability in executing a range of sophisticated mechanical and electrical packages, HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company (HVC Group) has been appointed as the contractor for the comprehensive construction of the mechanical and electrical system at the Vincom Cam Pha Commercial Center project in Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province.

The Vincom Cam Pha commercial center project, developed by Vin Group, is situated in Cam Binh ward—an essential location within the emerging development hub of Cam Pha city. This area boasts a crucial transportation network, including National Highway 18, which connects Ha Long, Cam Pha, and Mong Cai, as well as the Cam Pha bus station. Furthermore, the region is being strategically planned to serve as the new development center of Quang Ninh province, featuring comprehensive infrastructure. Vincom Cam Pha is poised to become the city's focal point, where diverse elements contributing to a more prosperous lifestyle converge, including a vibrant culinary scene, an exceptional entertainment complex, the VinMart consumer supermarket, and the VinPro technology and electronics center.

HVC Group - the primary contractor for the project's mechanical and electrical systems

Building on the success of a series of prior projects, HVC Group continues to earn the trust of investor Vingroup for the construction of the M&E package for the Vincom Cam Pha commercial center project. This includes the supply and installation of electrical systems, fire protection systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as water supply and drainage systems.

The project is anticipated to span six months and is scheduled for delivery to the investor in the fourth quarter of this year.

To date, HVC Group has collaborated with the investor VinGroup on numerous M&E packages in Quang Ninh province specifically, as well as on projects nationwide. Notable projects include: Vincom Shophouse Mong Cai (Quang Ninh), the British Academy (UKA) bilingual international school system in Ha Long; Vincom Shophouse in Lang Son, Quang Binh, and Ca Mau; the Vinhomes Imperia project in Hai Phong; Vinhomes The Harmony; Vincity Ocean Park in Gia Lam (Hanoi); and Vinhome Central Park in Ho Chi Minh City.
