HVC Group has completed the construction of 4 factory buildings at CNCTech Dream

26/06/2026

At the CNCTech Dream project, after a period of focused implementation, HVC Group has completed the structural erection for four workshops (numbers 17, 18, 25, and 26). Simultaneously, the fire protection system (FPP) in these workshops has also been completed. Currently, all four workshops are undergoing inspection and review before acceptance and handover to the investor, CNCTech, marking a significant step forward in the project's progress.

CNCTech Dream is one of the large-scale industrial projects located in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Phu Tho province, invested by CNCTech to serve its strategy of expanding high-tech manufacturing operations in the northern region. According to the plan, CNCTech Dream will focus on manufacturing, mechanical processing, and providing factory space rental services for businesses.

The four workshops (17, 18, 25, and 26) were constructed by HVC

The project covers nearly 22.8 hectares, with a total construction area of over 12.7 hectares and a total floor area of up to 217,351 m2. The factory buildings range from 1 to 5 stories high, with building heights ranging from 5 to 27.2 meters, classified as Grade II construction. In addition to the factory buildings, the project also includes the integrated investment in infrastructure and auxiliary facilities such as a guardhouse, wastewater treatment plant, pumping station, underground wastewater treatment tanks, and a fire fighting system.

Here, the factory system is planned according to various functional groups, meeting the diverse needs of manufacturing and industrial service businesses. The entire project is divided into 5 typical factory groups, creating flexibility in future operation and exploitation.

HVC has completed the structural framework of Factory No. 18 and is preparing for interior installation

As the general contractor for CNCTech Dream, HVC Group undertakes a comprehensive scope of work from rough construction to finishing, including: foundation piling, factory floor, underground works, structural frame, factory roof, mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, interior installation, and internal transportation infrastructure.

In the first phase of implementation, HVC constructed and erected four factory buildings: numbers 17, 18, 25, and 26. After a short period of implementation, the construction of the structure, interior installation, and fire protection system in these factories are now almost complete and are currently undergoing cleaning and overall inspection awaiting final acceptance. Each factory building has a ground floor area of approximately 5,000 m2 and a mezzanine floor area of 500 m2, meeting the needs for production and operational space layout for businesses leasing the factory in the future.

The fire protection systems at the factories are thoroughly inspected by HVC

To ensure the highest technical quality, HVC Group has adopted a construction solution using precast concrete frame structures. This is an advanced trend in industrial construction today thanks to its superior load-bearing capacity, high durability, and enhanced fire resistance and sound insulation for factories. This solution not only helps HVC shorten construction time and tightly control progress but also contributes to optimizing operating and maintenance costs.

HVC is installing lightning protection systems in its factories

Mr. Nguyen Van Bac – Deputy Commander of HVC at CNCTech Dream, informed: “Currently, the team of engineers and workers are conducting a comprehensive technical review and inspection of the workshops to ensure maximum structural stability before entering the official acceptance and handover phase. It is expected that immediately after the successful handover of the four workshops mentioned above, HVC will continue to begin implementing workshops 22, 23, and 24 according to the committed schedule.”

Along with the rapid pace at CNCTech Dream, HVC Group is also simultaneously implementing the construction and installation of two workshops belonging to the CNCTech Glory project. Workshop No. 16 has completed approximately 90% of the work, with fire protection systems on all three floors finished; Workshop No. 15 is currently pouring the foundation for the first floor, roofing the third floor, and installing the fire protection system on the second floor, Mr. Bac added.

Inspection and review work is currently being carried out by HVC at all four factories

Although HVC Group has only recently entered the field of general contracting for industrial factory construction, it has quickly affirmed its construction and project management capabilities through a series of large-scale projects: CNCTech Glory, UTI High-Tech Factory, ATR Production Plant, etc. Completing the four factory buildings at CNCTech Dream on schedule further demonstrates HVC's accuracy, credibility, and efforts in partnering with investors to develop industrial infrastructure in Vietnam, while also helping CNCTech accelerate its plan to attract tenants and bring the project into operation according to schedule.
