HVC Group Completes Handover of Swimming Pool Systems at InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay

At InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay – the only beachfront resort in Ha Long (Quang Ninh Province), HVC has completed the handover of the swimming pool system, Jacuzzi pools, and landscape pools to the investor BIM Group for operation and exploitation, serving tourists during the peak travel season.

Located adjacent to the world natural heritage site Ha Long Bay, InterContinental Ha Long Bay spans nearly 4 hectares along the coastline and is comprehensively and modernly planned with 5-star resorts, luxury villas, and a trendy entertainment complex. Along with new additions such as the marina, seaside square, and beaches, the project is becoming a vibrant and attractive destination for both domestic and international visitors.

The impressive appeal of InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay comes not only from its prime location, sophisticated design, and international-standard services, but also from the premium infrastructure and amenities invested by BIM Group, delivering a luxurious and distinctive resort experience by the heritage bay.

Within the project’s overall amenities, the swimming pool system is considered a standout highlight, present throughout most villa areas, hotel apartments, and landscape spaces. Under the signed contract, HVC Group undertook the role of general contractor for the construction of the entire swimming pool system, Jacuzzi pools, and landscape pools of the project. Specifically, HVC deployed water supply and filtration technology for 32 swimming pools and 11 landscape pools.

Leveraging the capabilities and experience of a leading enterprise in the field of swimming pool design and installation construction, HVC proactively coordinated closely with construction units to closely follow the project’s overall schedule. At the same time, the company accelerated the implementation, completion, and handover of items in a rolling manner to meet the investor’s operational plan. To date, all 32 swimming pools and 11 landscape pools have been fully completed by HVC and put into operation to serve tourists during the peak travel season.

A representative of HVC’s project management board stated that InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay is one of the premium resort projects featuring a modern swimming pool and water landscape system; therefore, the investor imposed highly stringent technical requirements and construction standards. Among the 32 swimming pools, the most impressive is the landscape pool at the Song Thu – Row Villa subdivision, considered a breakthrough design solution never before seen in Ha Long. Like a refreshing stream of water, the 132-meter-long swim-up lagoon pool closely embraces the rear terrace of each villa, creating a sense of spatial depth and architectural height, transforming the Row Villa subdivision into a miniature Venice.

In addition, the hotel landscape pool system, villa pools, presidential pools, and front-house infinity pools were also designed with diverse functions, styles, and scales. All swimming pools were constructed by HVC using professional technical solutions combined with modern water treatment technology, meeting strict standards for cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics, thereby providing visitors with a relaxing and complete resort experience.

For the landscape pool system, HVC also implemented both technical and artistic elements synchronously, contributing to the creation of an impressive landscape space and elevating the value and class of the project.

Over recent years, the cooperative relationship between BIM Group and HVC Group has been increasingly strengthened through a series of major projects such as The Horizon Ha Long Bay, InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay, and Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay. Currently, at the Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay project, HVC is simultaneously accelerating the construction of infrastructure M&E general contracting works, high-end hotel M&E systems, swimming pool technology, and lazy river technology, thereby affirming HVC’s position in the field of M&E engineering and high-end entertainment technology for large-scale resort projects.
