HVC Group accelerates project construction after the lockdown

Following a period of being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, all HVC Group construction sites across the country, particularly in the southern provinces and cities, have quickly returned to work, significantly speeding up the completion of the items according to the time schedule.
- Vinhomes Grand Park Project, Ho Chi Minh City
When it comes to the impact of the pandemic on HVC construction sites, the first name that comes to mind is the Vinhomes Grand Park project in Ho Chi Minh City's District 9. Ho Chi Minh City. This is the city that has just experienced the country's longest social distancing period, lasting four months, from May 2021 to September 2021. This means that all construction projects in the city are on hold for the time being in order to comply with epidemic prevention regulations.
According to the signed contract, the time to hand over the work in the M&E system package for tunnel A4, lot S7 is August 2021. However, due to the impact of the epidemic, the new construction site officially reopened on October 1 after being closed for more than three months. The electromechanical and infrastructure items, such as the electricity system, water system, fire protection system, ventilation and air conditioning system, are nearing completion, with a handover date of May 12/2021 expected.
Furthermore, in the M&E package of the high-rise building S7, the construction of the raw part has reached 95 percent of the progress, while the construction of the finished part and equipment installation has reached about 60 percent. The acceptance process and technical handover with the investor are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
In addition to the large packages that have been signed and implemented, HVC Group has continued to sign and implement many other items of the Vinhomes Grand Park project, such as: construction of the M&E system of Manhattan River parks, Paradise Park Malibu, the innovative physical park; construction of fountain technology, landscape tank, Mahattan Glory Avenue playground... This is a fantastic project bearing many of HVC Group's imprints in the heart of the country's busiest city.
- NovaWorld Phan Thiết Water Park Project
HVC Group officially launched the NovaWorld Phan Thiet Water Park project, which will open in early September 2021. HVC serves as general contractor on this project, supplying and constructing all water purification and water treatment technologies.
HVC has completed the warehouse and Commanding Board office at the construction site up to this point. The construction and installation of system infrastructure around the wave pool, lazy river, Complex 1 and Complex 2 game zones has reached 80% of the target. The next item to be implemented in November is the construction of infrastructure pipes for the games Complex 5, 6, and 7.
- VinWonder Nha Trang Water Park Project
As an example, consider the construction site in Ho Chi Minh City's District 9, VinWonder Nha Trang Water Park in Ho Chi Minh City is also one of the projects affected by the recent social distancing directive. As a result, the construction site has been halted for three months and will reopen on September 29, 2021.
HVC Group is the contractor for the construction and installation of 9 new games with a system of slides and automatic sprinklers at VinWonder Nha Trang Water Park with the bidding package, providing water filtration and treatment technology. HVC has completed game number two's handover; the remaining games will be handed over between November 20 and December 20, 2021.
4.Vuon Vua Resort & Villas Project
HVC Group is the general contractor for the Vuon King Resort & Villas project, a 5-star resort in Thanh Thuy, Phu Tho, supplying equipment and installing more than 300 luxury swimming pools. HVC's specific contributions to the project include: the construction of swimming pools, hot mineral springs, infinity hot mineral swimming pools and swimming pools for villas, swimming pools for island villas; and the supply of hot mineral water and domestic water to all villas.
HVC Group is currently running tests and handing over 21 Kim Lien double island hot mineral swimming pools and 6 Thanh Lien villas swimming pools. Following the project's progress, the remaining areas are currently under construction.
5.Apec Mandala Sky Villas Hoa Binh
Apec Mandala Sky Villas is a 5-star resort project with hot mineral resources leading to the Apec Group's house worth billions of dollars, located in Kim Boi, Hoa Binh. HVC Group was appointed as the general contractor for the design, supply, and construction of electromechanical, light electrical, and fire protection systems on this project.
HVC Group has currently completed the construction of the corridor system on the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 floors, as well as the apartment on the 4th and 5th floors, as planned. Along with that, the hanging of the FCU indoor unit, as well as the installation of gas and condensate pipes, has been completed.
In November, HVC will focus on completing the electrical system of the corridor on the 6th and 7th floors, as well as apartments on the remaining floors, in order to meet the goal of completing rough construction and handing over. Following that, the equipment installation items will be completed in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
Simultaneously, HVC Group has continued to sign contracts for the project's mechanical system, reception house, and auxiliary house (including electrical items, light electricity, water supply and drainage system, air conditioning system, and ventilation).
- Danko City Thai Nguyen
HVC Group was chosen as the general contractor of the Danko Plaza trade center by the investor Danko Group for the Danko City project, including: electrical system, light electricity; ventilation and air conditioning systems; water supply and drainage systems and sanitary equipment; and fire protection system. Danko Plaza is 5000m2 in size, with 1 basement and 5 commercial floors.
In terms of fire protection, HVC Group has finished the construction of the 5th floor area, the rough part of the 3rd floor, and the main pipeline of the basement, 1st floor. According to the schedule, the basement, first and second floors will be completed in November. Electricity, lighting, water supply and drainage, and HVAC are also being deployed quickly in accordance with the project timeline. The project is expected to be tested, handed over, and put into use in January 2022.
