HVC Group provides materials and oversees the installation of a water park in Blanca City Vung Tau

21/08/2025

Spanning up to 96 hectares, the 3/2 Street Urban Area, also referred to as Blanca City Vung Tau, was developed by Sun Group with the ambition of becoming a new emblem of Vung Tau - Ho Chi Minh City; a locale where historical and cultural values converge with a vibrant and contemporary lifestyle. In this extensive project, HVC Group was selected by the investor to supply and install the electromechanical system for the water park, which is one of the project's most significant entertainment features.

The 3/2 Street Urban Area, commercially known as Blanca City Vung Tau, spans 96 hectares and is developed by Sun Group. This project is situated in the Rach Dua and Phuoc Thang wards of Ho Chi Minh City, previously designated as wards 10 and 11 of Vung Tau City in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Perspective of the 3/2 Street Urban Area featuring the planning of five functional zones

Inspired by the historical exploration of Vung Tau by French and Portuguese navigators centuries ago, and infused with the indigenous spirit characteristic of the South, the project has been meticulously crafted by Sun Group. It features an aesthetic vision and is organized into five functional zones: high-rise apartments, low-rise villas, a retail complex, a condotel hotel, and a themed water park.

The centerpiece of the project is a 19-hectare water park designed to accommodate up to 11,000 visitors, offering limitless opportunities for entertainment and exploration, thereby attracting both domestic and international tourists.

The water park is crafted with significant cultural and historical influences from the Southeast region

Research indicates that the themed water park is segmented into four distinct zones, each reflecting unique cultural and historical influences. Specifically, Zone 1 emulates the cultural ambiance of the South, featuring floating markets and fishing villages with basket boats. Zone 2 presents the "Silk Road Journey," which simulates the renowned European trade route along the East Sea. Zone 3 is regarded as a "spiritual land," transporting visitors back to the Oc Eo - Phu Nam culture. Zone 4 offers an opportunity to explore the lush forest, showcasing the diverse ecosystem of the Southern river and its untamed nature.

In this extensive project, HVC Group has been appointed by the investor as the supplier and installer of the electromechanical technology system for the water park. As stipulated in the signed contract, HVC will implement seven attractions, including a lazy river system and a series of adventurous and challenging water slides. Currently, HVC is concentrating on mobilizing human resources, machinery, and equipment to facilitate construction and installation, thereby ensuring adherence to the project's timeline and quality standards.

Currently, HVC continues to actively execute the general contract for the mechanical and electrical infrastructure in subdivision 2 of the Urban Area of the era and innovation.

Throughout the collaboration process, HVC Group consistently made a positive impression through its exceptional capabilities, professional demeanor, and esteemed brand reputation, thereby fostering robust trust with investors.

Simultaneously, HVC Group aims to further enhance its collaborative relationship with Sun Group, working together to develop large-scale projects that will positively impact the nation's economic growth.
