HVC Group delivers a collection of swimming pools and saunas across various Vingroup projects

Consistently achieving the necessary progress, HVC has recently expedited the construction and delivery of numerous swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna packages for projects by investor Vingroup, specifically: Vinhomes Vu Yen, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Dream City (Ocean Park 2), and Vinhomes Smart City.

Vinhomes Vu Yen

At Vinhomes Vu Yen (Hai Phong City), HVC was not only appointed as the general contractor for the VinWonder Royal Island water park technology but was also tasked with constructing the landscape swimming pool technology in the Noble subdivision, as well as the glass-roofed Crystal swimming pool and two saunas in the Royal subdivision.

As reported, the landscape swimming pool in the Noble subdivision was swiftly completed by HVC and made available for use starting in April 2025. Recently, the general contract package for the water park was also completed on schedule and handed over to the investor by HVC in early July. For the Crystal swimming pool, featuring a glass roof and two saunas in the Royal subdivision, HVC has finalized the implementation and is currently receiving guidance from technical staff for the third operation, proceeding with the handover to the investor.

The Crystal Glass Roof Swimming Pool encompasses an area of nearly 2,000m2, situated at the heart of the subdivision, featuring a majestic and splendid design reminiscent of a palace. This swimming pool serves not only as a distinctive highlight but also as a symbol of luxury, representing an exquisite fusion of opulent architectural artistry and an unparalleled resort experience.

The representative of the HVC Management Board for the project stated that, in addition to its contemporary design, the swimming pool area is outfitted with a range of premium amenities. The centerpiece is the Jacuzzi, which provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, complemented by state-of-the-art water filtration technology to guarantee that the water remains clean and safe for health. With the benefit of a four-season swimming pool, the water temperature can be adjusted flexibly, enabling residents to relish the refreshing water during a sweltering summer day or unwind in the chilly winter climate.

Additionally, the swimming pool area features two steam rooms installed directly by HVC. Currently, all steam rooms are completed and operational, catering to the relaxation and health care needs of residents.

Vinhomes Dream City

Since the onset of 2022, HVC has established itself as the general contractor for mechanical and electrical systems, as well as high-end entertainment technology, for numerous packages at Vinhomes Dream City (Hung Yen). Building on this success, HVC has been tasked with the construction of water filtration and supply systems for two outdoor swimming pools: CX10 and CX11, located in the Sao Bien subdivision.

Research indicates that the CX10 swimming pool encompasses an area of approximately 1,000m3, featuring an adult pool, a children's playground, and a Jacuzzi. In contrast, the CX11 landscape swimming pool covers an area of 800m3 and is designed to be situated entirely within the green space of The Empire park.

Utilizing advanced technology and a skilled workforce, HVC has efficiently finalized the construction of two swimming pools, adhering to the stringent specifications set by the investor. Presently, both pools are in the operational phase, prepared for handover and ready to serve the residents.

Vinhomes Ocean Park

The Vinhomes Ocean Park project in Hanoi has seen HVC implement a four-season swimming pool package at Vinschool Ocean Park Inter-level School. This swimming pool encompasses a total area of 312m² and simulates a competitive swimming pool with six lanes. In addition to fulfilling educational requirements, this facility is also capable of hosting competitions at both the school and Vinschool system levels.

In this project, HVC also implemented an additional package for the design, construction, and supply of sauna and jacuzzi technology equipment in the utility area on the 20th floor of building R16. The package comprises two jacuzzis, a salt stone compress area, two saunas for men and women, and two pre-assembled modular jacuzzis with a capacity of 2-3 individuals. This health utility has been developed to enhance the quality of life and living experience for residents of Hanoi's premier complex.

Following a phase of active implementation, HVC has successfully completed both packages on schedule, ensuring high standards of quality and technique. The Vinschool swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi system are now operational. Notably, the swimming pool at Vinschool was delivered on time prior to the new academic year, effectively addressing the educational needs of both teachers and students.

Vinhomes Smart City

In the Vinhomes Smart City project in Hanoi, HVC has previously executed over 10 electrical and mechanical packages, including swimming pools and fountains. With the continued trust of the investor, HVC is set to implement two additional packages: a landscape swimming pool within the internal area of F5CH03 and a sauna and Jacuzzi system in the utility area on the second floor of building V7.

The landscape swimming pool spans over 300m2 and features an adult pool, a children's pool, and a Jacuzzi that offers hot water around the clock. The pool has now been officially transferred from HVC to the investor for use, catering to the swimming needs of residents.

The package for the sauna and jacuzzi at the V7 building comprises two Jacuzzis and two sauna areas, featuring both wet and dry saunas for men and women. To date, HVC has completed and delivered this package, which is currently under warranty.
