HVC Group hands over the electromechanical package of the School - Office project in Ngoc Hoi

The School - Office Project in Ngoc Hoi is located on a land area of ​​about 10,500m2 in lane 83 Ngoc Hoi street (Hanoi), invested by Transport Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project includes 2 buildings, built in an airy, modern space with many amenities, fully meeting the learning, working and experience needs of students, teachers and office staff.

Accordingly, Zone A building, also known as Hoa Binh - La Trobe - Hanoi High School, has a height of 2 floors, covering an area of ​​about 6,000m2. The school includes spacious classrooms and more than 10 specialized functional rooms such as: administrative area, library, laboratory, art, multi-purpose hall, psychological counseling - career guidance, canteen...

Zone B is a 2-storey office building with a construction area of ​​nearly 2,600m2, including main functional rooms such as: office, meeting room, co-working, pantry room, storage room...

Here, HVC Group is the general contractor for the construction of the MEP office mechanical and electrical system with the following items: electricity, low voltage electricity, water supply and drainage, air conditioning of the Zone A and Zone B buildings and auxiliary areas (power station, pump room, guard booth, parking lot).

In order to ensure the progress and quality of the project, immediately after signing the contract, HVC quickly arrived at the project to implement the work. During the construction process, HVC always performed well as a Top 10 prestigious electromechanical contractor in 2025 and received the trust of the investor

The representative of the HVC Executive Board at this project said that, in addition to constructing an electrical system to ensure absolute safety for students, teachers, and office staff during use, HVC also provides a standard construction solution with an anti-glare, energy-saving lighting system; an air conditioning and ventilation system to create a comfortable learning and working environment; a scientifically and conveniently arranged network and sound system... Not only focusing on aesthetic and technical factors, the mechanical and electrical systems in the two buildings are also intelligently designed by HVC, helping investors easily manage, operate and exploit.

Also according to information shared by the project's Steering Committee, in early July 2025, HVC completed 100% of the mechanical and electrical system at Zone A and handed it over to the investor for use, promptly providing teachers and students with a modern and professional teaching and learning space.

For Zone B and the auxiliary area, HVC continues to accelerate the progress. Up to now, the office building and the auxiliary area have "reached the finish line", are in the acceptance and operation phase, ready for handover and exploitation..
