HVC Group hands over the water park at the first "entertainment universe" VinWonders in Ho Chi Minh City
06/12/2024
Following a phase of active implementation, HVC Group has finalized the construction efforts and is currently engaged in instructing operations and transferring the general contract package for water filtration technology, as well as water supply and drainage for the events at the Tropical Island water park, which is part of the "entertainment universe" VinWonders Grand Park (HCMC).
With extensive experience in the construction of various general contracting packages for electromechanical systems and high-end entertainment technology at Vinhomes Grand Park, as well as entertainment complexes such as VinWonders Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, and Nghe An, HVC possesses a profound understanding of its role and mission in the collaborative process of executing projects with the investor Vingroup.
As previously reported, at VinWonders Grand Park, HVC Group has been designated as the general contractor for water filtration and drainage technology within the game clusters of the Tropical Island water park. Notably, Zone 3 features six adventure games for adults, while Zone 4 offers three thrilling games for children.
VinWonders amusement park is situated within the 36-hectare central park of Vinhomes Grand Park. VinWonders Grand Park is meticulously organized into various zones featuring natural landscapes, attractions, and amenities tailored for all age groups. The highlight is the 4.2-hectare Tropical Island water park, which boasts a contemporary design and a range of enticing water activities, creating a verdant oasis in the midst of a bustling urban environment.
The water park is encircled by a pristine blue lake, featuring captivating game clusters. Notable attractions include the Rising Beast slide and the Storm Wheel, renowned for its sharp turns and high velocity. Additionally, there are Tsunami Bay, Tropical Waterfall, Magic Oasis, and water slides tailored specifically for children.
Discussing the technology general contractor package, a representative of HVC's Project Management Board stated: "HVC Group commenced work in April 2024, with an anticipated completion by the end of May 2024. However, the investor subsequently opted to modify the design, necessitating adjustments to the plans. From May to November, Ho Chi Minh City experiences the peak of the rainy season, presenting numerous challenges and hindrances for outdoor construction activities.
At Vingroup's projects, investors not only strive for progress but also impose exceptionally stringent technical standards that must be interpreted by experienced and specialized construction firms such as HVC Group.
With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a strong brand reputation, the leading unit in Vietnam specializing in the design, construction, and installation of water parks has successfully navigated numerous challenges to "reach the finish line." The comprehensive contract for water filtration and drainage technology executed by HVC not only adhered to the timeline but also fulfilled the anticipated quality standards, earning high praise from the investor."
According to the representative of the Steering Committee, HVC is presently managing the system, offering operational guidance to users and water treatment units to meet optimal standards. During the project's inauguration, HVC will be available to assist and address any issues that may occur. Subsequently, the company will fulfill the warranty obligations as stipulated in the contract.
This December, the inaugural VinWonders "entertainment universe" in Ho Chi Minh City is anticipated to officially launch, promising to offer residents and tourists a genuinely novel and appealing entertainment destination. This event will also signify a new developmental milestone for the Vinhomes Grand Park metropolis and the broader Ho Chi Minh City tourism sector.
