Alluvia City Project: HVC Group is constructing the electromechanical infrastructure in the Alluvia Onsen subdivision

19/06/2026

Along the Hong River, laden with alluvial soil, Alluvia City is gradually emerging as a new symbol of eco-friendly and wellness-focused urban development in Northern Vietnam. Meticulously planned on the foundation of precious natural hot springs, the project aims for a balanced living environment that combines modern amenities, nature, and health. Here, HVC Group is responsible for the construction and completion of the electromechanical infrastructure for the Alluvia Onsen subdivision.

Alluvia City is the first hot spring eco-urban area on the banks of the Red River, developed by Xuan Cau Holdings in Van Giang commune, Hung Yen province. Spanning 198.3 hectares, the project is located at the southeastern gateway to the capital, benefiting from a distinctive riverside microclimate, auspicious feng shui, and valuable natural hot spring resources.

Alluvia City is a comprehensively planned development featuring riverside villas, high-rise buildings, a vibrant commercial and service area, and a range of upscale amenities such as a hot spring park, sports center, and community spaces. All of these contribute to creating a modern living environment where residents can fully enjoy convenience and relaxation.

The project is being developed in three phases, with the Alluvia Onsen subdivision being phase 1, covering approximately 50 hectares and offering a diverse range of product types such as detached villas, semi-detached villas, townhouses, shophouses, and apartments. A highlight of this subdivision is its landscape inspired by natural flows, featuring areas such as Wellspring, The Flow, and The Essence, along with a system of interconnected lakes that contribute to a healthy and balanced living environment.
