Accompanying the BIM Group, HVC serves as the electromechanical contractor for infrastructure at the Sailing Club Residences in Ha Long Bay

At the project boasting a prime location "back to the mountain, facing the sea" - Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay, HVC Group has officially assumed the role of general contractor for mechanical and electrical infrastructure as well as general outdoor landscaping. This marks the third collaboration in Quang Ninh, where HVC Group has partnered with the investor BIM Group, further solidifying the esteemed and robust cooperative relationship between the two enterprises.

Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is a luxury resort and ecological sea villa development situated within the Ha Long Marina commercial complex in Bai Chay ward, Quang Ninh. The project boasts a stunning location that offers a "back to the mountain, facing the sea" orientation, providing direct views of Ha Long Bay—a natural wonder of the world—thereby creating a harmonious environment that integrates sea, sky, and land. Furthermore, Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is adjacent to the marina, fostering a contemporary, distinctive, and inspiring lifestyle.

The project encompasses a collection of individual villas, twin villas, and hotel apartments, all integrated with a comprehensive array of amenities. Each is meticulously designed and impressively customized exclusively for Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay, enhancing the elevated living standards of the elite community.

In this context, HVC Group serves as the general contractor for mechanical and electrical infrastructure, as well as general outdoor landscaping. Specifically, HVC will oversee the construction of low voltage power supply systems, low voltage electrical systems, lighting, lightning protection, water supply and drainage, and fire protection water supply, among others.

Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is recognized as the third project in Quang Ninh where HVC Group is privileged to collaborate with BIM Group. Earlier, in early 2024, HVC delivered the construction package for electrical and water systems for 261 townhouses and shophouses at The Horizon Ha Long Bay project to this investor. Currently, HVC is executing the comprehensive technology package for the swimming pool system, Jacuzzi, and landscape pool at InterContinental Residences Ha Long Bay. To date, the comprehensive technology package has been completed at 90% of the total volume, and HVC anticipates finalizing and delivering it to BIM Group in the near future.
