By boosting production, HVC Hung Yen supplies cable trays to large factories both domestically and internationally

Over the past period, HVC Hung Yen has continued to affirm its capabilities by becoming a partner supplying cable trays and conduits to a series of large-scale factories both domestically and internationally. Notable projects include: Global Mold and Plastic Manufacturing Company, Bai Sheng Sports Products Co., Ltd., Wistron Technology Group, and an automobile manufacturing and assembly plant in Indonesia.

During the period of 2025-2026, the wave of industrial investment in Vietnam continues to be vibrant, and the demand for high-quality electromechanical infrastructure systems is increasingly becoming a key factor determining the operational efficiency of modern factories. Recognizing this trend, HVC Hung Yen is continuously strengthening its production capacity, consistently making its mark as a supplier of cable trays and conduits for a series of large-scale projects both domestically and internationally.

In just the past few months, HVC Hung Yen has signed numerous contracts to supply cable trays for key industrial production projects such as: Global Mold and Plastic Manufacturing Company, Bai Sheng Sports Products Co., Ltd., the Victory II project of Wistron Technology Group (Taiwan), and an automobile manufacturing and assembly plant in Indonesia.

At Dong Van III Industrial Park (Ninh Binh province), HVC Hung Yen was selected as the supplier of cable trays for the Victory II project – a high-tech electronics manufacturing plant owned by Wistron Group (Taiwan). The project has a total investment of approximately US$300 million on an area of ​​23.2 hectares, including 5 Class I facilities and 11 Class II and lower facilities, specializing in the production of peripherals, electronic products, and electronic components. As Wistron's second factory in Vietnam after its Bac Ninh facility, Victory II is expected to become a strategic link in the global electronics manufacturing chain of this renowned group.

With significant investment, Victory II Factory sets stringent standards for its electromechanical infrastructure. The cable tray system plays a crucial role as the "backbone" of the electrical infrastructure, supporting, organizing, and protecting the entire power and signal cable system. This requires HVC Hung Yen's products to meet rigorous requirements regarding load capacity, durability, and compatibility to ensure stable and continuous 24/7 system operation.

Accordingly, HVC Hung Yen will supply all cable trays, cable ladders, and accompanying accessories for the factory and administration building of the Victory II project. Currently, production of the order is being accelerated to ensure timely handover to the investor.

Not only trusted by major technology companies, HVC Hung Yen recently signed a contract to supply electrical cabinets and cable trays to Toan Cau Mold and Plastic Manufacturing Company in Xuan Truc Industrial Park (Hung Yen province). This factory specializes in producing precision molds and high-tech plastic products, serving the industrial supply chain both domestically and internationally. The project is currently in the final stages of completing technical infrastructure and equipment installation, aiming to bring the factory into operation soon.

With the order from Toan Cau Company, HVC Hung Yen has completed 100% of the production, quality control, and delivery work on schedule as committed, receiving positive feedback from the investor.

Recently, Bai Sheng Sports Products Co., Ltd. - a foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprise specializing in the production and processing of leather footwear and sports shoes for export under the CROCS brand - selected HVC Hung Yen as its partner to supply cable tray systems and accessories for its expanded production facility in Dong Trung Industrial Cluster (Tu Vu commune, Phu Tho province).

Representatives from the HVC Hung Yen factory management board stated that Bai Sheng Company's order is currently being planned for production. After completing production and technical standard checks, HVC will proceed with delivery for the investor to install at the project site. With experience in implementing numerous large-scale projects and proven production capabilities, HVC Hung Yen expects to provide its partners with cable tray solutions that meet stringent technical standards.

In addition to supplying domestic factories, in May 2026, HVC Hung Yen's cable tray order was also completed, quality checked, and shipped to Indonesia to serve a project specializing in the production and assembly of automobiles and spare parts.

According to representatives from the HVC Hung Yen factory's management board, Indonesia is one of the markets with very high technical standards for electromechanical materials and equipment. To meet these standards, the cable tray systems manufactured by HVC Hung Yen had to pass load-bearing capacity tests, especially surface durability tests, in the region's characteristic tropical climate. This is also the second high-value shipment of cable trays exported to Indonesia by HVC Hung Yen following the successful 2025 cooperation agreement.

Being consistently selected for major projects both domestically and internationally not only reflects HVC Hung Yen's production capacity, ability to meet technical standards, and implementation schedule, but also demonstrates its increasingly solid reputation in the industrial electromechanical market. With a long-term development orientation and a well-planned investment strategy, HVC Hung Yen is gradually asserting its role as an "extended arm" of HVC Group in enhancing the general contractor capacity of electromechanical companies, expanding the market, and creating sustainable growth momentum.
