The pioneer of high tech entertainment equipment register to be a public corporation

HVC Investment and technology JSC., has applied the documents for becoming a public corporation, a premise for stock registration on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Founded in 2010 as a joint stock company, until now HVC has became a pioneer company in designing, supplying, setting up entertaining equipment. With good ability and reputation, HVC has been completing thousand of swimming pool each year. This is also the company in charge of constructing a half of all the water parks in Vietnam at the moment. From the last half of 2016, HVC expand to the M&E field, and getting many success from this one, it is expected to account for 70% of revenue in 2017.

HVC is also recognized as a trustworthy company by big investors such as Vingroup, Sungroup, Mường Thanh, Phú Cường – Kiên Giang, DHC – Đà Nẵng… the biggest projects of HVC include the waterpark of Dien Lam, Nghe An by Muong Thanh with the value of more than 86 billion dong, constructing the ice skating rink of Lanmark 81 building, hundreds of swimming pools in Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. In the field of M&E, HVC is doing a lot of big project such as Vinhomes Imperial Hai Phong with the total value exceed 70 billion dong,   The Harmony – Vinhomes Riverside, Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes Central Park…

In 2017, HVC set the target of 240 billion revenue, benefit of 19 billion dong, dividend will be in cash from 7-8%. The basis for HVC to set the target is because the amount of work from 2016 projects is still very big and new projects like The Harmony – Vinhomes Riverside, Vinpearl Hoi An, Sun World Ha Long Complex, Muong Thanh – Nghe An, Đao Vu Yen – Hai Phong…are signed in 2017 which create a firm basis for the revenue of HVC in this year.

The purpose of joining the stock market is to raising the value of trademark, connceting local and international partner to boost the development of HVC. The company has made publicity so this target of registering on HOSE can be reality.
