My An Hot spring Resort has a total investment of VND 544.8 billion, built on a total area of 9,175m², a floor area of about 19,000m², the land used area of the project is 36,762m².

Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort Project (Da Nang City), HVC Park provides, advises and installs swimming pool equipment, water filters for water park works. Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort by Mikazuki hotel group (Japan) with a total capital of 100 million USD, an area of 12.2ha is located on Xuan Thieu beach.

In Vung Tau, HVC Park has signed a contract with Madison Land Co., Ltd. to design, construct, install swimming pool equipment for the Madison Ho Tram Resort Project (Madison Ho Tram). Madison Ho Tram has a total area of about 6 hectares, scale of entertainment items of the project has 01 lazy river system with a volume of 1134 m3; 53 swimming pools include: 01 main swimming pool with a capacity of 806.63 m3; 31 swimming pools of Villa type 1 with a capacity of 54.72m3 and Jacuzzi key 2 come with a volume of 3.0m3; 21 swimming pools belonging to Villa type 2 with capacity of 45.48m3 and Jacuzzi key 2, Jacuzzi key 3 comes with a volume of 3.0m3.

Most recently, HVC Park has signed a contract with Vingroup Corporation to build the 4-season Zone 3 PK4 low-rise swimming pool technology system - Vinhomes Ocean Park Project. Four-season swimming pool provided by HVC Park equipment and construction with a dome design, flexible opening and closing seasons, an area of more than 700 m2 including an adult pool larger than 500m2 and a children's pool . The completed project will bring high-class facilities to meet the needs of swimming, relaxation, health training of residents of Vinhomes Ocean Park during 4 seasons. It is expected that HVC Park will continue to sign a series of design contracts to supply, install and complete a series of other swimming pools of the project.
