Olympic-standard swimming pool at the Vinhomes Dai An project

HVC will build two outdoor swimming pools that meet Olympic standards, implement water filtration and salinity technology for indoor pools, and install a water filtration system for children's pools.

Vinhomes Dai An is situated in the Tan Quang and Nhu Quynh communes of Van Lam district, as well as the Nghia Tru commune in Van Giang district, encompassing a total area of 239.96 hectares. The project has an estimated investment of VND 32,666 billion and is designed to accommodate approximately 42,000 residents. Vinhomes Dai An boasts an exceptionally advantageous location, facilitating easy access to National Highway 5B (Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway), National Highway 5A, and Ring Road 3.5, which connects Hanoi and Hung Yen via the Ngoc Hoi Bridge.

This location features 5-star amenities, including a shopping center, the Vinschool kindergarten and primary school system, an outdoor sports complex, an internal park, a regulating lake, a network of walking paths, and various other livable facilities.

Boasting a prime location, Vinhomes Dai An can easily access external amenities such as the Vincom Mega Mall shopping center, the saltwater lake at Ocean Park, the expansive green park in the Ecopark urban area, the University of Finance and Business Administration situated in the western part of the urban area, and the Bat Trang pottery village.

Recognizing the capabilities and potential of HVC, the investor Vingroup continues to assign additional significant packages for this project. In addition to the mechanical and electrical packages, HVC will develop the technology for two outdoor swimming pools that adhere to Olympic standards. Consequently, the design and construction of a swimming pool must ensure that the length, width, lane spacing, distance between starting blocks, water treatment, equipment installation, and lighting adjustments comply with international standards.

Simultaneously, HVC will supply and install saltwater filtration system technology, provide salt, and establish salinity in the indoor swimming pool of the Dai An Cultural Center Park. Additionally, it will implement a water filtration system for the children's pool and supply water to the slide of the four-lane slide at the Mini Water Park.
