Landscape swimming pool at Vinhomes Bac Luan Mong Cai

In the New York section of the Vinhomes Bac Luan Mong Cai project, HVC Group is developing a swimming pool measuring nearly 1,700 square meters within the central park.

Covering a total area of 116 hectares, Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan (also referred to as Vinhomes Golden Avenue) is divided into three subdivisions: New York, Paris, and Tokyo. This development features an array of stylish townhouses and shophouses, effectively addressing the demand for luxury real estate among investors and residents of the border city.

In the New York subdivision, HVC Group is developing a swimming pool spanning nearly 1,700m2 in the central park. Following a period of intensive execution, HVC Group has swiftly completed the aforementioned packages and is currently in the process of transferring them to the investor. By adhering to timelines and fulfilling high standards for each component, HVC not only cultivates a vibrant green space but also enhances the quality of life for the project's residents.

HVC continues to support Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan in the construction and installation of the technology and Jacuzzi system for the 1,800 m² landscape swimming pool in the Paris subdivision.
