Transfer of the Vincom Mong Cai project

“We commend HVC Group for its advancements and quality,” stated a representative of Vingroup during the handover ceremony for the Vincom Mong Cai project in Quang Ninh in early May.

At the Vincom Mong Cai project, HVC Group oversees the electromechanical package, which encompasses the provision of materials and equipment, as well as the installation of electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, and air conditioning and ventilation systems, among others.

The components of the package have been finalized

Engineer Nguyen Trong Manh, head of the electromechanical package construction for HVC Group at the project, stated, "From the outset, HVC Group has proposed the most optimal technical solutions, effectively reducing costs for the investor. The solutions submitted guarantee the most efficient operating process, the quickest maintenance procedures, and the optimization of the electromechanical system during use."

Although Vingroup Corporation intends to launch the project by the end of June, HVC Group has completed the package items ahead of schedule and has handed them over to the investor for a comprehensive system test run, ensuring readiness for operational use.

Vincom Shophouse Mong Cai encompasses a total area of 11,718m², strategically situated along the main National Highway 18, which provides direct access to the Mong Cai international border gate. As stated by the investor's representative, this advantageous location enables the project to attract a steady influx of both domestic and Chinese tourists throughout the year. Vincom Shophouse Mong Cai is poised to become the most sought-after project in Mong Cai, featuring a townhouse model seamlessly integrated with a commercial center.
