As previously reported, in the largest scale project in Hung Yen, HVC continues to carry out M&E construction of main road infrastructure for sales and technology packages.

News from the construction site reports that, currently, the following items: Outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool salt generation technology, Kid pool water filtration system, filtration system and water supply to the slide of the Mini Water Park and The canvas swimming pool has achieved 80% progress.

Specifically, HVC is installing equipment and pouring filter sand for 2 outdoor swimming pools. Kid pool area and slide water supply are in the process of checking and fixing errors and problems (if any). Due to the new premises, the indoor saltwater tank and the canvas tank are being installed in the engine room. It is expected that HVC will complete the technology bidding packages before September 2 to hand over to the investor and put it into operation.

With the M&E package, HVC also quickly deploys the works to ensure the progress. Accordingly, the water supply and drainage system has been constructed at points through the N2, N4, N7 route. The light-electricity system has completed the temporary parking lot and supplied the lighting system for the N7 route, 30% for the N2 route, and 40% for the N4 route. In this project, in addition to the completed bidding packages and handed over to the investor, HVC also constructed the second and third phase of infrastructure M&E system of nearly 2,400 low-rise apartments. Accordingly, the low-voltage pipeline system, apartment water supply and drainage pipes for lines N30, 32, 34, 38, 42, 44, 46 PK2 phase 2 and lines D15, D22 PK8 phase 3 are under construction.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet Water Park

Mr. Nguyen Dai Han (Project Manager) said: “HVC has completed the construction and installation of the water filtration system and water supply for the games of the water park. Currently, we are coordinating with construction to complete installation of water supply surface equipment and commissioning. It is expected that the items will be handed over in early September.”

On the supply side of the construction site, HVC has completed the technology of sauna and cold sauna for 105 villas. It is expected that the handover work will be divided by the investor in August 2022. Simultaneously, HVC continues to implement phase 2 of the project.
